Words cannot begin to describe how extremely happy I am with my Breast Lift and Breast Augmentation surgery that Dr. Marin performed on me. He really deserves 10 STARS! I had been going back and forth for about 4 years on whether or not I should get them done or not and went to several consultations here in San Diego and Beverly Hills. I was extremely disappointed with the surgeons I had consulted with that I had given up on getting them at all. It was a few months later that I reached out to a family friend that had gotten hers done after seeing some pictures she had posted because I couldn't get over how perfect and beautiful they were and without hesitation she passed along Dr. Marin's information to me.
DR. MARIN and his entire staff is hands down THEE BEST! They are extremely knowledgeable and educated and know exactly what they are doing! They have it down to a science at Marin Esthetics! Dr. Marin and his team made sure to inform and educate me of the realistic outcome of my expectations from day one.
From my initial consultation with him, from my pre op with his nurses and his anesthesiologist, from getting rolled in to the operating room, waking up in post op to now, he and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure I was always and am completely informed and well taken care of. Dr. Marin's bedside manner is TOP NOTCH!
I went in for my surgery in the afternoon on December 16, 2016 and by the morning of the 17th I woke up feeling great, went on a walk with my boyfriend and our puppy, showered myself from head to toe and went in for my next day post op appt feeling like a champ! My healing process was a breeze and the only discomfort I felt was from the tightness of my skin being a 32A going to a 32DDD! I know it sounds crazy and most people would think that is too extreme but the breasts Dr. Marin gave me look as natural as can be. My boyfriend and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome than what Dr. Marin has given to me. I am forever grateful to him and his team and I am so glad I didn't give up on finding him! If you are looking to get a breast augmentation stop looking! This man is the Surgeon you want performing this procedure for you!

Thank you so much! I'm sure yours look beautiful too! I'm 5'7" 115lbs. I have broad shoulders too so that's why they don't look ridiculous on my frame. My friends were all scared that I was going too big but now that they see how they've settled they are all happy too. I'm very pleased and I am very happy I made the decision to get them. I can't tell you enough just how happy I am. I knew I wanted them big and my boyfriend wanted them big and they are exactly what we both wanted them to be. They are perfect! Dr. Marin is the best at what he does! You can always go bigger!

We have almost identical stats except I'm 36a but my doctor said I could only get 425cc max! I wonder why you were able to go so much bigger???

A lot of doctors are not confident enough to do big implants, little implants are easier to place. Go to a different surgeon. If implants are too conservative they create a gap between breasts. measure your breast with look up on google how to do it, then you can pick an implant a 425 might be for a moderate profile with a 14 diameter or you can get an ultra high profile same diameter but more fullness and it will be a 650

I wanted BIG and my surgeon out in what he felt was comfortable with what my body was able to accept. He’s a miracle worker and they came out so beautiful!

Your results amazing, do you happen to know your BWD and did your PS question your size at all or say they were too big? Did you get HP or UHP?

I don’t know my BWD, but my PS said he would squeeze in whatever he could in the space that I had. He was thinking 500-600 max but was able to squeeze in 650cc in the end. They are UHP Allergan Natrelle Inspira cohesive gummy. I was my PS’ record in size and we both are extremely happy with the results!

Hello and sorry for such a late response! I got the Allergan Natrelle INSPIRA cohesive ultra high profile implants 650cc, under the muscle with a lift performed around the areola on both breasts.
Thank you so much for our positive compliments! I am extremely happy and wish these were available a long time ago! If they were I would have done them sooner!
