Oh happy day! TJ max delivers. I found a couple of sports bras that are 7.99, originally 24.00! I am wearing one posted here.
So my 3 weeks visit went well. Doc says they look great, feels soft and advanced my activity levels. I could run and do leg work now. He says I could do a few upper body exercised and avoid chest for another 3 weeks. I think I will avoid upper body altogether because I having to guess which workout avoids activating the chest. Any advise here?
I am still accepting the new look but the hubby already has. Of course. Ha!
The pain is incisional for the most part and I have begun scar therapy. I am also still massaging and needing a bra at bedtime.
One of the best news is I can finally sleep on my back and sides! I hope to continue to progress well along with everyone else.

You look great! We had our surgery on the same day, so I am happy to see you are progressing so nicely. Mine are still really high up, but all in good time.
I was cleared to start exercising Monday, which makes it the 4 weeks mark. I can do light cardio (no jumping) and light weighs, but no peck / chest exercises until 6 weeks. I think I will steer clear of anything chest related for a bit longer than that.
I think you could safely workout your biceps, triceps, shoulders and back without compromising anything. Go with lighter weights at first and see how it feels. My PS said, if it doesn't feel right, don't do it.

Yup I can do chest in 6 weeks too but might even wait a bit longer. I can start running but will have to wear two sports bras. Thanks for the kind words! I am trying to take it day by day. Have you started any upper body and how has it been for you? Thanks @iwantperkyboobs !
You absolutely look way better than mine at 3 weeks. I noticed I started sleep on my side at 3.5 weeks. I still wear sport bra when I go to sleep. I don't know why but I just feel good that way lol. Happy for you !!
@meme.me3873 thank you so much! I a tally had to get used to sleeping on my back again. I think I'm adjusting to the added weight on my chest but I'm glad side sleeping doesn't hurt. Like you I think I will be wearing a bra to sleep for a while :) I also barricade myself with pillows for extra protection... thanks again!

You're most welcome!! Nice score on the sports bras! I'm also looking for some supportive sports bras to start my running/workouts hopefully soon!! I was told to get a shock absorbing/ no bounce one for running or wear 2 during my long runs. What are your favourite sports bras so far? The pink one you're wearing is super cute!! :)

Almost 3 weeks post op
Life has been slowly coming back to its normal pace and yesterday I decided to get sized at Victoria's Secret for fun.. I was suprise to be 32DD! I tried on these two bras.. didn't buy any because 1. Too expensive and 2. They have wires. I know the shapes and size will change through time. I went to khols and bought 3 sports bras for the price of one at Victorias Secret... Score!

Score is right, Questforbewbs! I love getting good deals at Kohl's. That's great. You looked great, too, in the VS bras. There will be time for that in the future; especially by the time of their next semi annual sale. Hey, I just realized that we had surgery on the same day.
