I breastfed my beautiful daughter for almost a year; She is 4yo now and my old bras have never fit the same way. I enjoy going to the gym and have probably burned more fat in my chest, resulting to more padded bras in my drawers.
I am 5'1" and 114lbs. I want to go for a natural look, yet pay for something worth noticing for myself. I am excited to finally do this and thought it would be a great idea to join a community who shares the same experience and support. Right now we are looking at 350-375cc silicones. Any tips/suggestions/advise is greatly appreciated! I will post progress pictures.

These pictures were taken 3 days before the scheduled surgery. They were cute, but they were deflated. I also didn't want to appear too young with a petite frame and recently dropping weight to 108, unintentionally due to stress at work and school.. sigh. Anyway, I still can't believe I finally decided to pursue this for myself. Excited and nervous at the same time.

Surgery was yesterday!

questforbewbs
I did it! I had a subpectoral placement of silicone implants. I don't know the size yet. My husband mentioned Dr.Pollack and use different cc because my breasts were slightly of different sizes. I woke up in the recovery room with tears. I was happy to wake up from my first (ever) surgery and I was also in Pain. Expected but I was dizzy and nauseated from the general anesthesia. Surgery started at 0742. I woke up at 1030. I threw up 4 times the days of surgery, yesterday. Once in the hospital, getting seated in my car, during the drive, and at home. I slept most of the day. Noise and movement from the TV didn't help on this day. I enjoyed the peace and quiete. I was also happy my husband was of great help and my 4 yr old stayed away. I had decided to take the norco around the clock. I received Exparel, a local anesthesia around my nipple insertions which numbs the pain for three days. My nipples feel good! My range of motion to arms are very limited, due to pain. I have been able to sleep upright just fine, but I think the anesthesia has helped in that sense to keep me dozing off easily throughout the day and night. I have only been able to manage clear liquids. I am taking norco 10/325mg every 4 hrs. Pain is still moderate but I am trying to be patient. I will post pictures when I can move around better.
