31 YRS - 3 KIDS - Wanting Bigger Boobs :) Surgery in San Diego

I'm 5'5 140 ( but i want to be about 130 by surgery date) . My bra size is about an A cup/small BI had my consultation with Dr. Kearney on 3/23. He was amazing! he explained the procedure and answered all my questions.I have mild scoliosis and my left rib sticks forward more than the right making my left breast slightly bigger the doctor told me I will need different sizes of implants to even out my breast. I've chosen to go with silicone implants but I haven't decided on the size yet. My surgery is set for May 31st I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I cant believe its actually going to happen! . Ive always wanted a breast augmentation but never had the guts to go through with it because of the fear of surgery and the "what ifs". Now I have a supportive fiancee that is so amazing and supportive, he makes me feel comfortable and I know he is going to be there with me 100 percent. So I am ready now to go on this amazing journey with you girls. I love real self its been a great source of information for me.
