I had breastfed my son for 18 months and after that the same as most ladies here I was left with nothing but sad deflated balloons for boobies.
Before that my boobies were my pride and joy- I was a 32 C, while breastfeeding I went up to a D maybe DD??
So I didn't give it much thought that I needed them help them out after all they've been through. I went to Dr. Robert Kearney in La Jolla, Ca. Read a lot of good reviews and his results all look natural also another girl on the site go her boobies done by him and I fell in love with them. Her sn is Boobslarou and I believe she got 375cc HP.
I decided on Mod+ because I really wanted that side boob and wasn't really too interested in the high boob look. I did want to go up to 450ccs but my PS said that would make me look unnatural and fake.

Almost to my one week post op! I included my before pictures and some pictures of how they are turning out thus far.
The pain isn't bad. I started driving 3 days after which hurt at first but turns have gotten easier now! Anyone with a toddler be warned it is not easy! He wants to be held constantly and I feel bad not being able to take him out as much. I used some bengay to sooth the pain- not sure that was the best idea, but it did help!

You look amazing - I would have guessed that you were much farther along post op than a week! A lot of people swear by using arnica gel for the pain if you are having to resume all these activities and your breasts get sore! Happy healing :)

Are you able to pick him up at all? I know that is my concern bec I will have an 28 mo at the time of surgery as well

So far healing has been easy other than my toddler demanding me be his donkey. If you ever had a c-section this is almost like nothing. My bruising is almost completely gone so is the swelling. Dr.Kearney did an amazing job with the incision sights, its barely even visible.
At first I was bummed that I didn't go bigger but I realize that this is the size I have and it looks very natural. Also I know once they drop they will look amazing, so I tell myself patience! The best thing about implants is that you don't need a bra to make your boobies look perky!

You look amazing! I had a lift/aug with Dr. Kearney August 4th, so basically 4 weeks ago. I love them and I can't wait until my scars heal completely. You look incredible and they look like the perfect size for your frame! He's an amazing surgeon.

I had surgery with Dr Kearney on the 25th. I got 450 cc HP. Mines still need to drop but they are looking better and better everyday. Yesterday was my week post op about to take my stitches off

Thank you :) Ohhh I was planning for a lift/aug later on. How is the healing process going for you? And yes I love how its only the second week for me and I'm back to doing everything I usually do.

Aside from some scabbing, everything is looking great visually. I had 325 cc high profile under the muscle and just a few days ago they dropped quite a bit and feel much softer. I think because I had the anchor incision, I babied myself a bit with movement for awhile which makes pain worse at times. This last week has been great with only a little sensitivity around my nipples. It is crazy how quickly it was like a night and day difference from week 3 to week 4.
