From the very first steps of making initial appointments with the receptionists, all the way to post-op, the way Dr. Soltero, nurses and staff handled what [most feel] is a scary/new situation was great! Dr. Soltero is gentle and calm, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. He makes you feel at ease, and answers all your questions so by the time surgery day comes around you have no doubts and are well-informed.
