So not worth it - my neck was so puffy and sore

I am a petite person and have little neck fat but I wanted to try Kybella to get rid of it. I was told by the injector I hardly needed it and one treatment would be enough. Now I know this treatment is one that states multiple might be needed, so I do want to say I understand that. However, my neck was sooooo puffy and sore. Sure maybe I should have had multiple treatments but I can't imagine that working since one treatment didn't even do anything? Also, if you're someone with more than a very small amount of neck fat I can't see how this would be wrote it price or convenience wise. I think lipo in the end would be WAY cheaper and effective.
