I was unable to upload pictures at my 4 weeks post op review but it looks like it works now.
You can see the progression, and see how the first treatment did do a lot. Length of time between first and second treatment was 7 weeks. Depending on the results of this second treatment I may or may not go for the third. I wold have to wait until February because the rest of this month and next month is busy with social events and I do not want to be swollen for any of those.
I'm hoping the swelling goes down faster this time but since I feel like it's more I'm not so sure. I will continue to wear turtle necks for this week and scarfs. Plus the compression garment. I have no pain, I haven't felt to much pulling under the chin, the jowl area does feel very slightly tender to the touch.
I'll post another update sometime within a week or two.

Second Treatment of Kybella

I had my second treatment of Kybella yesterday, I thought the experience would be pretty similar to my first but I noticed a few differences. The actual injections felt like they hurt a little more. Like I could feel the needle pricks more this time. I think I even bleed. It wasn't to bad but I didn't expect it so it caught me off guard.
I also felt like I was more swollen than the first time. I think it is because the jowl area got injected this time, so it just looks like I have no chin and very large neck area. I want to hide lol, I wore a turtle neck today but I feel like i doesn't cover it. I hung out with friends and no one has said anything so I don't know if they even noticed.
I bought myself a chin compression garment, I'm hoping it may help the swelling.

4 Weeks post Kybella

I got the procedure about 4 weeks ago. I think the swelling did not completely go away until closer to the 4 week mark.
After two weeks I feel like no one noticed. I was with family, my mom to be exact and she didn't mention anything about it looking worse.
Week Three I was with friends and one friend said I did not need Kybella (i didn't tell her i had it done), she said I didn't have much fat under there.
Week four I feel like most of the swelling went away and it's slightly better than before I got it done.

During this whole time, I felt like in the morning the swelling would be more apparent than in the afternoon. I'd wake up more swollen, and the swelling would go down a little later in the day.
I didn't have much pain after the procedure. I didn't touch the area because I didn't like feeling the numbness that was there. It's pretty much gone now. I did feel some pulling sensations during the first week or so. I think by the end of the second week that feeling was gone. I definitely have less there than when I went in. Kind of exciting, I was feeling like it wasn't working but I can see the difference in the before and now picture.

I have my next injections right after the holiday. The results so far are pretty good

**I tried to add a few pictures but I keep getting an error. I'll try again later***
