Adding my Before and After pics!

WORTH IT$6,000
I got 425cc left, 450cc right, high profile smooth round silicone gel. I was SO WORRIED about going too big! I wanted to look the same with my new boobs as I did with my 2-cup padded bras. The implants I decided on at my first visit to my surgeon's office (400-425cc) looked a tad bigger when I put my own shirt on so I felt very unsure as I thought more about it later. Took my hubby in next for his opinion, and we decided on BIGGER! (What was I THINKING asking hubby, the boob man??) One of my friends told me everyone she knew who'd had surgery was sorry they didn't go just a little bigger. At my pre-op I also got great feedback from Kimmie, on of my surgeon's staff. She said going under the muscle will compress the implants and make them appear smaller once they were in, AND that in her very conservative opinion they weren't "outrageous stripper boobs" at all! I'm SO GLAD I listened!! I can honestly say that if I had gone ANY smaller I probably would have been disappointed. Sooooo....if you've ALWAYS wanted bigger boobs and if you're doing it for YOURSELF and if in doubt, GO BIGGER!!!

You look fabulous! Thank you so much for believing in us and sharing your experience and photos!
Hi there! I am scheduled for surgery with Dr. Kramer in March. I haven't found many reviews with "stories" from his practice so it was nice to see yours! Your results are great! I had my consultation and my pre op is feb 25th. How was your day of surgery? Any details would be great. I think just the fear of the unknown (I've never had surgery, just two natura births) is driving me crazy lol. Thanks!

I was always somewhat small but after kids and getting older, my breasts were deflated! It was humiliating to be seen topless. I didn't feel feminine or attractive, despite being very fit, tall, and relatively thin. I'd wanted an augmentation for about 20 years. SO GLAD I did it!!! Dr. Kramer is an ARTIST.

We often see profound changes in self confidence in our patients after surgery. You just wrote the definition of the tag line for our website...Make life happen and celebrate yourself! Thank you for your feedback!
We have the same story! Otjer than the height :-)
SUCH a happy ending!!
Me too. So happy I did it and love my results. I am two weeks post op now. How about you?
7 months
Ooohh, please tell me about the difference in your BA from 2 weeks post op to 7 mos. I love my results, but my left breast is sometimes a bit more uncomfortable than my right and of course I am expecting more drop between now and 7mos. But I would love a little future insight. I was a 34A and got 400cc silicone implants in a biplane/submuscular technique. What did you get?
Geez, I composed a whole entire reply to your question, and the only thing that posted was "seven months?!" Sorry about that! I started out as a 34-36A (which I always described as "puddled in the bottom of an A cup", and ended up a 34DD – 36D. Mine sat very high post op and my surgeon's staff prepped me saying "don't get used to that. They'll settle". They did
OK, I still don't get why it doesn't post my whole comment! I got 450cc (right) and 425cc (left), high profile, smooth, round, silicone gel.
They're now perfectly symmetrical, teardrop shaped, soft and jiggly, and WAY more natural looking and feeling than I ever could have hoped for! The nerve "zingers" still happen occasionally but have diminished greatly. My nipples still have a slightly raw, sore-ish feeling. I've been assured by my surgeon that this is normal and will also continue to diminish. My nipple sensitivity isn't what it used to be, but has gotten better over time. I was willing to sacrifice it for the size. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!
Oh, and mine are also submuscular, so flexing my chest, doing bench presses, push-ups or butterflies causes them to push apart noticeably (only while the muscle is engaged during each rep. Their fine as soon as I relax the muscle) but I'm super glad I did it that way. I had my first mammogram with my implants last month and all of my actual breast tissue is visible, so much clearer results.
Sorry I spelled "they're" wrong!
Thank you soo much for all that info. I CANNOT wait to be a few months out and not needing Tylenol and ibuprofen a couple times a day and for the soft, natural look and feel to emerge. They're pretty, but I know they're not where they will be 7 mos., out. Thank you for all that :-)
You're welcome and congratulations!
I have to say , I love your "got milk" picture.
OMG, isn't that HILARIOUS?? Thank you!!
Listen , i am a straight , marrief woman and I hope this doesn't offemd you , but, I wanted to caption the picture with " Anybody thirsty?"
Haha! Just don't put my face in a meme!
Oh , don't worry about that. But, I thimk we wem have to stick together
Our society does so muvh body shaming , and we sjould only build one another up. So , in closing , I will say your boobs look delicious! Enjoy them!
Hi, I have been researching surgeons in the Boise area and came across Dr. Krammer. Out of all the before and after pictures of the different surgeons I researched, Dr. Krammers photos looked the best and yours look fantastic by the way! I am thinking about going to see him for a consultation. How do you feel about your results at this time? Would you still recommend him? Thanks in advance!
I am still IN LOVE with my results!!! I would recommend him to anyone!! Have you decided on silicone or saline?
At first I wanted Saline because they are safer for the body if they burst. However, when I spoke to a friend that got Silicone she said that she wouldn't get Saline because mold can get into them and they are hard and not real feeling so I am thinking about getting Silicone. What did you get and what incision site did you go with and why?
I got silicone and they're natural (looking and feeling), they're squishy, and they're fantastic! My friend got saline from Dr. Kramer and hers look fake and have rippling underneath. I HIGHLY recommend silicone. My incision site is in the crease underneath, and I went with that because I didn't want to lose any more nipple sensitivity than absolutely necessary, so I didn't want the incision at my areola, and I didn't want a scar under my arm. Dr. Kramer placed the incision exactly in my crease and it's almost invisible!
Yeah I think im pretty sold on the silicone over saline. I was looking at the different incision sites and was thinking threw the armpit. I am just worried about the scars showing on my crease or areola. Still not sure yet though wanted to talk to Dr. Kramer and do some more research on it. What brand of implants, texture, and profile did you get? And did you get over or under the muscle? Where do you go to get the actual surgery part done? Is it at St. Lukes? I have 3 kids too, 13, 5, and 2, and breast fed my last one for only a month but my boobs changed a lot and now are not as full and perky as I want them. How old are your kids and how old were they when you stopped breast feeding them?
From what I've seen, scars in the crease are much easier to hide with a bikini or bra. I got mentor high-profile, smooth, round. I went under the muscle and I'm super glad I did! I had my first post op mammogram in September, and not only is all of the breast tissue visible, but that also helps to make them feel and move more naturally because the breast tissue is all right on top. I don't have a gap between them when I'm standing or moving in general (in fact they snuggles right up to each other!), but when I do chest exercises at the gym the muscle pushes the implants out, so with each rep there's a gap, but it doesn't stay. That felt a little strange at first, but I'm over it! Kramer does his surgery at a "surgical suite" in a separate building next to his office, that saves a great deal of money over having it done at the hospital, and everybody there was fabulous! my kids are 17, 15, and 13, and I nursed each of them for a year. Did a lot of damage to my "girls"! Sooooo deflated!! Lying on my back, I had no boobs at all but I do now!
Do you have all the post op appointments at Dr. Kramers office? Yeah I am the same way with no boobs when I lie on my back. They didn't get too bad but they were already on the smaller side to begin with at a 34B and now they are still about the same but they just dont sit the same way. They hang lower and look a little deflated. I can't wait until I am ready to get my done! I love how you call them the "girls" haha.
Yes, all post-op appointments are done in his office and are included in the price. His consultations are free (Hegstad charged me $50 whether I had her do my surgery or not. And her fee was $3000 more than Kramer's) You also get a free facial from their aesthetician every year in the month of your birthday! Although, I forgot mine this year and Dawn, the financial specialist person, reminded me three months later and scheduled me for the next week! She's awesome!
How many post-op appointment do you have to have? What was the total cost? That sounds really nice that you get a free facial!
My first postop was two days after surgery, then two weeks, then I think six weeks, then six months. I think I just see him annually from now on. Yes, the facial was really nice! My total cost was $6005. I did it right after we got our tax refund last year, so I was able to pay cash. Woohoo!
