I'm very happy with my face. I would like to thank Dr brett Kotlus who performed facial fat transfer for under eyes area, also for cheeks. Dr kotlus is an amazing doctor, very professional and humble. I am so glad I decided to have my procedures done with him. I had eyelid surgery ( to remove some bellafill filler I had with a different doctor )Also I had fat grafting in the tear troughs and upper cheeks to help smooth the area between the eyelid and cheek . The fat was taken from my belly . It's 10 days since I had the procedures done I'm still swolllen I didn't really bruised but I see the my under eye are yellow so I know it's healing now . I can not wait to see my final result so far I'm so happy and I will definitely recommend to anyone that wants from minimal non invasive procedures to surgeries. He is definitely the doctor you want to go to any procedures. I was scared about surgeries and fat grafting and I search many doctors in the nyc area and I found good ones and expensive ones but when I finally found dr Kotlus I knew he was the right one. He answered all my questions even if I kept repeating them every appointment.
