Here is my BA journey!
Surgery was September 17th, 2014.
The staff was wonderful and my doctor was amazing.
I am still waiting for a little more drop and fluff but my surgeon and I both couldn't be happier with my result. The scars are barely visible and are still fading (I use skin medica scar gel that my surgeon provided.) They feel absolutely amazing, soft, supple and actually bounce and jiggle like real breasts! Half of friends and family, that have seen them or felt them, said if they hadn't known me before they would've thought they were my own.
I knew my nipples would become a little larger with the surgery and it was a concern but I feel like they do compliment their size. I was originally a 34a (barely) and now wear a full 36d cup and sometimes a 36dd depending upon the bra I wear.
I highly recommend this surgeon, one of the best and answered all my needs!
As an added bonus, I was given a free 5ml Latissee to try and I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

Congratulations on your surgery! It's nice to see the progress of your dropping and fluffing. They look very natural now. It's interesting to see UHP on different women's bodies. I would think they would have too much upper pole but they are perfect for your body!

Thank you. I was skeptical at first when I read a lot of UHP reviews from other surgeons but I trusted my surgeons opinion in my case and now I am so happy that I did :)

BTW, you'll have to start a Latisse review soon too! ;)

I'm going for surgery this Thursday and am getting around 430 to 450cc saline smooth round high profile! I'm 5 feet 6 and 123 pounds, would you be willing to share your height and weight?! I'm just curious to see others around my height and weight that went with same cc. You look great! Hope mine look as good as yours after surgery! So super excited! Like a kid a Christmas and counting down the days till I get this done!

Of course! I'm 5'6 and around 140 in weight. I have a muscular build and the implants were placed sub muscular. :) keep me posted with your journey and best of luck!!!

So glad I came accross your review!! I'm going in next Thursday and getting 465 UHP natrelle inspira silicone sub muscular!! I'm 5'6 and 127lbs, 29 years old. Also a 34B but more deflated than you pre op! Absolutely NO upper pile and no saggy was either. Just very soft, deflated boobs, ahh breastfeeding lol. My concerns are that I'll end up with ball boobs and not look as natural as I would like! The UHP's kind make me nervous. But I know they'll be what suites me best going by my breast measurements. Do you have children? I have 2 and they sucked the life outta my boobs lol. I've always been small, (minus breastfeeding, I was a DD then!). Any advice? How do you like the UHP?

I have no children but have always had really small breasts, I blame athletics. :p My best advice I can give anyone seeking UHPs is to speak all your concerns to your surgeon. I was really hesitant as well with mine and after speaking all my concerns to my PS I was much more at ease. During the healing progress, you can see mine in the pictures, you will have a more round shape. I personally would never get UHPs over the muscle. I think under the muscle is the best option for such a high profile if you want a most natural look with the benefits of projection in a UHP. I absolutely love my implants and honestly wouldn't do anything different about my surgeon, surgery, implant choice, etc. I hope you love yours!

Thank you! That is great advice! My consultation with my surgeon was good but I felt kind of flustered about everything and wasn't able to ask some of the questions I remembered about afterwards! I feel very confident in his judgment though. He is known for always going on the smaller side. Turns a lot of women away who want breasts too big for their bodies! So that's a plus for me!

I guess I'll just ask a few questions before surgery while he's marking me up lol! I already know in not going to change my choice so I just would like some reassurance from him is all :)

Hello! I just got 400cc UHP in early September, so its been pretty recent . I'm hoping mine drop and fluff more, but I'm thinking king they won't quite as much as I'm hoping since they are UHP. I'm just curious at what point yours reached their final position. I have a feeling UHP stop sooner than other profiles. Just wondering if I'm wrong. Thanks!

It took about 6 full months for me to get the my desired point and I'm two years out now (see update) and they have barely even changed if at all! You'll get there. Just keep massaging or whatever your doc suggests

Still loving the decision to go under the knife with Dr. B. He is so fantastic! I've lost some fat and gained some muscle and wanted to share what my post op is like now. :) I was skeptical to workout forever after having the surgery because I was so afraid of the worst. They can handle the workouts so don't be afraid to hit weights like I was at first!

They look awesome! I've got my op in just over 2 weeks. I'm swinging between excitement and nerves. My stats are very similar to you and my surgeon has recommended 450cc hp or 485uhp so its fab to see your review. I've got deflated 34a/b after breastfeeding so no upper pole at all. I'm unsure of the uhp but yours look really good. Thanks

Awesome! You'll love them too. I was really worried too but afterwards I'm so glad I went with the UHP. You get a nice cleaver look without having to force them up there. Also if you are a small chest base like mine the UHP is nice because they aren't as wide. :) best of luck in your procedure! ❤️
November 20, 2016
Thank you! You've definitely made me more confident in the UHP's. Yep small chest base and definitely want good cleavage. It's such a massive decision so again thanks

Following up! How did it go? :D

I'm so glad I found your post. You look fantastic! Great Boobs. I have a build very similar to you. Lots of good curves but smaller through the chest. I'm still uncertain about getting a BA. I workout heavy with weights and that includes chest work. I have been told by both doctors I got consults from that I would need to stop the heavy chest workouts. Do you work your chest and if so do you bench press and do other heavy chest excercises?

Hello!

I followed my normal workout routine which did include chest exercises up until my procedure. I took about a full 6-8 months off of chest exercises post up because my implants lie underneath the muscle. Every surgeon has different techniques and suggestions so it is best to follow their plan. I personally avoided my chest exercises past the 3 month mark (when I was cleared to by my doctor). I hope this helps you some and GOOD LUCK! <3

Hi!
So sorry seeing this so late. I do LIGHT chest exercises (10-15 pounds). No push ups. I followed my doctors recommendations. Another option for you would be to have the implant placed above the muscle or have a fat graft.
