With large recent weight loss and with normal process of aging, my lower face and neck looked older than i felt. I needed a "rejuvenation" and Dr. Clyde Mathison did a great job for me. People that didn't know I had a facelift kept telling me how great I looked, I looked "rested" and kept trying to decided if I had changed my hair, etc.

Would love to see a non-smiling picture to compare results.

Wow, you look 15 years younger! What procedures did you have done? Did you have your eyes done and was the $6,000 for everything?

Okay..I had facelift and upper eyelids..I had really good results. Well I did get a little discount at the surgery center as my husband was an employee.

The cost you listed of $6K for face/neck and upper eyes is the least expensive I have ever seen in the US, even if it just represents the surgeon fee. Is this the correct cost. Did you have any post op dry eye or other issues related to the eye surgery? tks, grace

Okay, due to spouse working at surgery center we got a discount, so I guess I should have adjusted for that.

Also, no dry eye problem. My eyes (but only for the first 24 hours) felt like they had "sand" in them, but gone by the next day. Only minor problem I had was a mild reaction on eyelids to post op antibiotic ointment. But as soon as I stopped using that, the problem resolved quickly.

Preop and 15 months later.

Someone commented on how the 4 to 6 weeks post procedure may be the best time with just enough swelling on board to make results look good and then some laxity returns. However I wanted to post some more pre-op and some 15 months later (now) to see results now. ( I have however lost 10 to 15 pounds since surgery.) However pre procedure and post procedure even at 15 months show marked improvement.
