I had had my breasts done 9 years ago in Florida and I had not been very happy with the results they were saline and they were Rippling. So I made the choice to get a replacement implant of silicon I ended up going with 750CC under muscle Natrelle implants. I was 600 before the surgery I am 5:10 130 pounds. I'm getting around just fine feeling good and I know they need to drop and settle but they look very good so far. Only regrets are that they don't make a larger size than 800
