Seems that tall women getting implants on realself...

Seems that tall women getting implants on realself are few and far between so I want to document my journey for other Amazonian women ;)
Even before my 90 pound weight loss I never really had boobs. I have wanted bigger boobs for as long as I can remember. It's always been hard to find bras that fit. Companies assume if you have a large rib cage, that you automatically have a large cup. And even with weight loss my rib cage will never change, so it's time to get implants to make my body proportionate.
I currently wear a 38b/c. I had a consultation with Dr Kelto in July. He was recommended to me by a friend. At the consultation we talked about the different options. He has the 3D imager which we used. It gives an idea, though there is some distortion so it's not 100% perfect, but it was nice to get a visual understanding of how they will (kinda) look. He has a great bedside manner and I chose to schedule my surgery that day for 10/30.

I chose to go with saline due to the cost difference. I didn't chose a specific size, Dr Kleto explained he takes several sizes into the or and uses his judgement upon seeing the space he has to work with. I explained that I would like the largest he can do. Knowing I have a large frame, I'm not concerned with too big.
I go for pre-testing tomorrow. And I will update on what that all involved.

I love the gym and pre-testing today-----one week pre-op!!

I keep trying to think of info that others would find helpful, so I keep having to update.
I forgot to mention that I am an avid gym goer. I workout 6 days a week, 2-3 hours a day. I do cardio but lifting is my thing. I am going under the muscle and was worried about distortion and shifting, but after researching and reading tons of bodybuilding articles, I'm not worried about unders. The hardest thing about the surgery will be having to stay out of the gym for so long. I asked Dr Kleto how long I'll be restricted and he said at least 4 weeks before light cardio and 8 weeks before lifting. I'll have a 6 week appointment after the surgery so I will ask again if I really have to wait the full 8 weeks.

I was informed by my surgeons office that pretesting takes 2-4 hours. Well I guess I got lucky (or I'm just healthy lol) cuz total time for testing was about 10 mins. Not going to complain lol. An RN asked some basic health questions and then an anesthesiologist nurse came in and asked me just about the same questions. Since I am not a smoker there was no need for further testing. And I was on my way. I was given pre-op instructions: no food, drink, lotion, meds, etc-basic surgery instructions. Also instructions to avoid blood clots and pneumonia.
