10 weeks still settling
Implants are settling ok. Right breast seems fine. But my left breast was the tuberous one and the implant looks like a small "double bubble" kinda. I'm pretty positive it's still settling into the pocket. I've had some pain in that breast I assume is the muscles and tendons stretching or healing from being cut and shaped for the tuberousness.
Stitches out and Gym release!!!
I had my stitches out at 6 days post-op. My PS put steri-strips on which are slowly coming off. I don't want to pull them off so I'll just let them do their thing.
He told me to get some Palmer's skin oil to rub on the scar. I haven't started using it due to the steri-strips still on. He showed me how to "massage" the implants. I press up, down and side to side once a day. I'm not sure if he told me how long to do this, but I have a 6 week post-op appointment. I'm going to continue until then and wait for work if I need to continue.
My PS also gave me the go ahead to go back to gym! Which makes me very happy!! Obviously he said no hard running or chest exercises.
I'm still wearing a sports bra. He said I could change to a non-underwire when I feel comfortable. I'm anxious to know what size they are for now; it gives a better idea of what they maybe be after d&f.
I've been back at work for 3 days and I feel pretty normal. The first day was rough. I hadn't stood for 8 hours while on vacation, so gravity took its toll a little. But some acetaminophen helped that.
I'm so thankful for all the info I've found on this site. Because without it I'd probably freak out a little at how differently my breasts are changing. My left is taking longer and still looks kinda square. But after reading and seeing other pictures, I've been comforted in knowing this is completely normal! I continue my review with the hopes of being helpful for other as well. Thank you realself members!!!!

Gurgles and feelings
Day 3 post op.
No pain just "pressure" I guess that's the best description. Just an awkward feeling of you can tell there's something there that wasn't before. I have slowly been trying to do daily things like putting clothes on. Taking the dog out. Just getting used to the way the implants move. There's been weird gurgling too. Putting deodorant on and making a ponytail is still kinda tricky.

Provider Review
Dr Kleto put me at ease as soon as he entered the consultation room.
