Awesome. Let us know how it goes. I have heard you can't do push ups/pull ups and stuff afterwards but I think if you go with a smaller implant that's not a problem. Not sure...

My PS said push-up
Bras are fine. And she has been super particular about everything. I trust her 100% on this she has been following her patients for 20 years

I think merrysunny means the exercises but that is really incorrect also. After a BA under the muscle it is possible to do regular activities and exercises. Unless you are some type of bodybuilder, then under the muscle is not the right option.

Just curious - compared to your day 5 post where you were loving the size, do you think the size has increased/decreased/stayed the same since then to now? I'm also very much loving my current size at about 1 week post op and wondering how different it will be in a month. I believe I had very little swelling from the beginning.

Slightly decreased I had very little swelling but the volume you see that is up high and into the corner of your armpit that all goes away as they settle. You loose a bit of upper pole fullness as they settle. I am still happy with my size. I could have gone a little bigger and would have kept a little more upper pole fullness.

Feeling great and my implants are already settling. I have to say this whole process has been way easier and much less of a big deal than I anticipated. Minimal pain other than my back discomfort recovery much easier than expected.

You are the first same size and kind of implant. I'm 5'4" 112, 270 cc saline. I was done 1/12. Just starting to settle down. Do you like the size?

How are you liking the size are you happy or wish you went bigger? I had some breast tissue of my own already.

I had ideal implants done in December 2015 like you I am also petite (5'2 106) I had 325 cc in one 330 in the other , so far so good but I can say you will see a significant difference in size at about the 7th month mark and by 1 year they are completely settled and will be different than what you are seeing in the 1st 3 months........ I'm not sure if this is the nature of all implants but that has been my experience

Also if it helps I am a fitness instructor and started out as a 32 A /B depending on brand and am now a in a 34 C on the tightest end of the clasp or 32DD ......again brands seem to vary quite a bit .,...best of luck I hope you love your new look !

Are you saying you like your size or they are smaller or larger than you expected them to be after a year?

I'm also wondering this! I'm also petite and I'm looking into ideal implants but trying to decide a size based on pics of people here with similar stats. I'm excited because I have similar size to yours Princess Leia (pre op) so I was thinking between 270 - 300 but I don't want them to be too large. I've seen some progress pics where it looks like they get slightly bigger as they drop. Can you please keep us updated as to your progress? Thanks so much!

I was also concerned about going to large in the beginning and originally chose 280 cc my surgeon convinced me that it wouldn't be worth the cost or going through the procedure for such a small change and suggested 360 cc . However my chest muscles ended up being too tight to accommodate that size and she ended up filling them to 330 after 3 months we decided to go in through the areola under local and fill one side with additional 10-15 cc this has left some scarring that I'm sure will end up needing some revision. As far as size goes I'm comfortable with the projection but I feel like now over a year later all the swelling has gone and they lack the "fullness" I was looking for. I haven't been asked to make any follow up appointments since 6 months so I too have some questions I don't know if it's a placement issue or a sizing issue I'm making another appointment next week so I'll keep you posted on the size / placement issue. All and all I feel like they are a very natural size and don't hinder me from doing any exercise but if I had it to do over I feel like I may have gone with either a larger size or possibly silicone implants, if that helps

As you. I'm a 34a currently
