I had been considering a BA for a while now. I...
I had been considering a BA for a while now. I recently got divorced, and I needed to do something for myself that previously I wasn’t allowed (my ex threaten to divorce me if I ever got a BA. He said women who had cosmetic procedures done had self-esteem issues… funny I actually left him).
I spent a lot of time researching doctors, offices, the procedure itself, type of implant (Saline vs. Silicone, profile, size), implant placement, type of incision, etc.
My initial plan was to schedule 3 appointments. I had initially chosen 3 doctors for the consultation. The criteria was based on their experience, reviews, and results. Because I had done a lot of research and knew exactly what I wanted out of my doctor, only 2 doctors fit the profile. I wrote 21 questions to ask my doctors during the consultation.
When I met Dr. Partington, there was no doubt in my mind he will be performing the procedure. My choice was based on the following:
1. Time spent during my consultation. Dr. P made sure he answered all my questions. I even asked the same question about 3 times in a different way, and his answers were consistent (something I did not experience at the other Dr.’s office).
2. Staff. From the front door to Dr. P (that includes treatment coordinator, nurse, anesthesiologist) everyone treated me cordially. I needed to be sure I could entrust this team with my care. Whenever I needed something, emails were answered promptly. The only minor issue I encountered was the method of payment wasn’t explained properly during my consultation, but it was explained over email (the payment is broken into several fees and there are a few choices on how to pay them); however, they came up with a solution to solve the issue. Needless to say, when I read further into their website, the instructions that were not mentioned during my first visit were clearly stated (so I should have read further into it).
3. Dr. Partington cares! The smallest touch is always the most well received. The day of my BA I was extremely nervous. Right before surgery, Dr. P gave me a hug and held my hand. He also sent me home with a post op care package that was well thought out for recovery, and during my first post op visit he gave me flowers. If that isn’t Nordstrom first class service, I don’t know what it is!
I haven’t mentioned anything about results because everyone is different. It has been two weeks after my BA, and even though I am not completely healed, I am thrilled with my results. It is exactly what I wanted, but that’s because Dr. P spent the time needed to understand my wants, needs and goals in order to have a successful result!
Hands down I will recommend him and his staff to anyone!
