After several years of living with under eye...

After several years of living with under eye "bags" I recently decided I wanted to do something about them. As they made me look tired and a bit hagged. After much research I decided to not go with blepharoplasty but to instead try Bellafil. Because it is a permanent filler, I made sure to go with a highly skilled, board certified plastic surgeon, that would be able to perform the injections with absolute precision. And I got that, with Dr. Windle. The first few days after the injections, I experienced a minimal amount of bruising (which is normal), but after that, I healed up wonderfully, my eye bags are gone, I look so much healthier and I couldn't be more pleased. If I can offer up advice to anyone that is considering Bellafil, don't look for "groupons" or discounts, look for a professional with a lot of experience, like Dr. Windle.

Looks great, kinda scary that's it's a permanent filler, didn't know they used that under the eyes. I had restylane for my hollows and it def looked much better but I had some issues w the left eye.

I think it is a five year injectable

That's why you should do the skin test first, to see how your body processes this filler. Some are allergic to it and in time form granulomas. But many do just fine. Good luck to all. When it works for someone this filler looks amazing.

I love Bellafill ! I had 4 syringes. Some of it was injected under my eyes, temples, cheeks and jawline.
Back in 2008 I had Bellafill injected to my nasal label folds and it's still keeping those wrinkles off to bay

Truly pleased with my eyes - the under eye bags, seriously aged me.

Thanks for your reply. I'm so scared I had 3 syringes of bellafill April 21. 1 for each cheek, 1 in marionnettes and 1 in corners of mouth. I didn't realize it was a permanent filler. They kept stating it was a semi-permanent and when I asked if I didn't like it they stated they could dissolve it. I haven't had any problems yet, but I'm rid with anxiety over this. Thanks again for your reply.

I went back and had them do my marionette lines, too. You have to keep in mind, that in every procedure there are going to be a small minority that have problems with it. If you look good, you feel good and you're healing up fine - then focus on that, try not to worry over the slight possibilities of problems in the future. You're going to be okay.

Thank you so very much. We had our fillers around the same time, can we keep in touch?

When did you go back and get the marionette lines done?

Its been approximately 6 weeks. That made a big difference because those vertical lines gave my lip area a "harsh" appearance. And yes, lets definitely keep in touch.

You can't dissolve bellafill
