From the very first WhatsApp message to my final post-op check-up, the entire experience with Dr. Celal Alio?lu and his team was exceptional.
The communication before arriving in Türkiye was seamless. The WhatsApp team were always quick to respond, incredibly organised, and happy to answer every question, which made travelling overseas for surgery feel so much less daunting.
Every single staff member I met was wonderful—from the administration team and hospital coordinator to Dr. Celal’s amazing nurse. I have notoriously difficult veins, but she managed to insert my IV catheter quickly and confidently with very little discomfort. It was a small thing that made a huge difference to my experience.
The drivers were always punctual, friendly and professional, making every transfer stress-free.
We stayed at Antwell Hotel, which was the perfect place to recover. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a spacious apartment, which made our stay even more comfortable, and the dinners there were delicious. It truly felt like a home away from home during recovery.
Dr. Celal himself exceeded every expectation. He has such a calm, humble and genuine bedside manner that I felt completely at ease placing my trust in him. You can tell he is incredibly talented, but what stood out most was how much he genuinely cares about his patients. After my surgery, he even came back late that evening just to check on me, which meant so much. Every follow-up appointment was thorough, reassuring and never rushed.
Most importantly, I am absolutely thrilled with my results. It is obvious that Dr. Celal takes immense pride in his work and strives for the very best outcome for every patient. That level of dedication is what truly sets him apart, and I would recommend him to any of my family or friends without hesitation.
Before my surgery, my husband and I spent a week exploring Türkiye, and it is one of the most beautiful countries we have ever visited. The history, culture, food and hospitality were incredible, making the entire trip an unforgettable experience rather than just a medical journey.
