Six Months Post Op...

WORTH IT$6,000

Just wanted to come by and show you a few of my post op photos. I am loving the way my body is coming together.

I will say that I am still feeling the tingles and I do have a tight sensation. (It feels more like an invisible corset is around me.) ;) I also would like to thank you all, who followed in this journey with me. Have a wonderful day and stay positive.

Are you still wearing your compression garments and did you change your eating habits at all?

Looking good!

Thank you very much.
U look nice. I once set up with them but then I got my money back because I didn't feel they would take off enough fat. My friend went to them and still looks the same as before.
Thank you very much. Well I do understand that. At first I was like, I am not seeing anything happen. But after getting back into my routine, I was good. Even though I have not worked out in 3 months because of my hip. I am still making sure I take care of my "investment". I hope that your friend is doing ok and maybe sees a little progress now. Because I was that person also. But I found that the more you have before the surgery; it is a struggle to see a good result. But with a little change in your diet and a lil excersie. You can get the results you want. Can not wait to show you my 6 mth body. If you need some inspiration or motivation, I am here. Again thank you for your comment.

Pics of progress

These pics are of my fourth month PO. I have not been in the gym due to a hip injury.
But once cleared I will be able to get back full force. I have been walking and watching my diet.
I can say that I do not have all the feeling back but I am starting to get the pinching (nerve action). It is tolerable just feels a lil weird. So I do wear my waist trainer or spanx if needed to feel a lil more tightness.
I am looking into getting my back and bra line done, but we will see what happens at my follow-up appt next week.

Hey there...so I'm 2 weeks post now...Dr Talaie hooked me upRd :). However... I'm still VERY swollen and I can feel several lumps mostly on my waist :(. I'm still taking the arnica pellets and I live for my garments...I noticed you mentioned using a roller for massage...is it helping break up your scar tissue/lumps as well? Trying to figure out if I should buy an electric massager to work out the kinks or if something else would work better...?
Congrats on your new body!! Also, yes I did use my roller to break up the tissue. I had an indent, and now it is gone. I can say I did hurt for awhile. But after self massage and a lil walking. It did in improve. But do what makes you comfortable and feel good.
