Dr Kersawani came across as a very caring individual very soft spoken and gentle which is one of the main reason why i chose him, he seemed to really care about me as a patient. The surgery went very well even due to the fact that I was an hour late. My main concern is one, I did advise him i would require morphine as a pain releaver and that was not done. Due to the pain I was facing my body went into shock the nurses got really worried and he was unreachable till hours later. Next concern, the hospital did charge $1000 late fee which I took full responsibility for and made payment arrangements for, after already paying $12,000 my funds were low. I did promise to pay on my 4th appointment but only had half the amount. I wanted to see Dr Kersawani before paying to explain and make arrangement to pay the other $500 on my next appointment but he advised his secretary for me to pay first so I did. After doing so she informed me a few minutes later that he will not see me until I have the remainder $500. This became a shot to me I didn't picture him to put money before my health especially that my followup appointments was covered in my original payment. I haven't gone back since, as this put me in a position of shame and disgust for him. As each day passes I only pray nothing severe is going wrong inside me.
