Update
Little update. I noticed I didnt post a before picture so here it is. My boobies have dropped quite alot and look amazing. Only think I don't quite like is the size of my areola -.- it looks quite big. Other then that they are perfect and just the right size for me.

Bikini boobs
This is my old bikini. Don't feel like taking a pic of my girls right now since one of the areola is a little red and seems slightly inflamed or irritated. I'm very happy with them but really can't wait for them to drop and fluff.

They look amazing for 18 days! You went to a surgeon I was highly considering, I know 2 other girls that went to him and their results are fantastic, so I'm sure yours will be too!

did you get 400's or 425's? In the first post you say 400's but titled 425s! I got 400's and wish I went bigger but my PS said that was the biggest he could fit...originally he told me I could only do 380's so guess I should be happy about that at least :)

I’d been using an antiseptic/numbing crepe for nursing and it’s made a big difference in the red and soreness. Maybe that might help you as well?

Short update
Somehow right girl is better then the left which I guess is normal tho the right breast still is a bit numb and I hope I will be able to feel my nipple again. Each day just gets better and better. In clothing you can't even notice that I got my boobs done...but let me take my shirt down...uh lalalalove it!!!!

I’m do happy for you!! No, not sure on sizing yet, and the surgery is on Tuesday. Oh well! They’re scheduling me in mid afternoon so that we can finalize everything in the morning. I really want my surgeon to do some legit measurements, he only took one so far ( collarbone to nipple ) I’m sure he’s probably seen a million girls and knows what to look for but non the less I’m gonna ask him to go back to basics and talk me through how to decide. Oh well I’m sure it’ll turn out nice!

I'm like having the exact same recovery experience! My right nipple is numb and bigger and slightly inflamed... left looks smaller and more normal but still super high up... cant wsit for them to drop and fluff either
Yes I hope it's due to tissue connecting and healing. I have been experiencing a cough just like two days after getting my BA which hasn't passed which is very annoying...wondering if it's related to the BA.
