Hi RealSelf babes,
I had my first consultation October 17th (yesterday). DR. Valnicek is amazing and just explained everything so well, he his really nice bedside manner and is just the right Dr. for me. This clinic is super clean and the equitment up to date. The nurse is amazing and so was the front desk lady. They make you feel really welcomed and cared for which was so important for me. After trying on a couple of sizers I ended up going with 400cc HP mentor. I will have my next appointment on November 2nd and surgery is planned for November 15th. Ooooh those butterflies in my stomach are going all nuts.

I'm feeling quite good except when I walk around I feel the pressure/heaviness in my chest. Where the incision is I will slight itch and burning sensation but otherwise I'm surprisingly great. I'm on no pain medication since yesterday and will see how I will do the rest of the day.

Congrats! How has the healing been? I’m scheduled for the 27th with Dr Peterson and I’m super excited/nervous.
Also lol where did you find your post sugary bra? I’m having no luck finding one so far!!

My recovery has been great!!! I thought it would be much worse. Took only 2 pain medications. Just remember to not stretch your arms and be a T-Rex for a while. You can get the post surgery bra at Fashion Foundation it's was 84$ + tax it's the underwire one which will help you from a nice crease. So exciting can't wait for your updated ❤

And I'm feeling goooooood! Today I was able to take my shower and take the post surgical bra off and take a look at my girls....I looove them so much. I was a little scared that they would be to small but after removing the bra I was pleasantly surprised! My body feels better everyday. Feeling so thankful.

They look great! How is the healing going? I’m surprised how they look, such a nice size. You certainly have me thinking about going bigger now. I was planning on 325cc HP but that might be too small

I'm doing amazing I'm on no pain meds at the moment and was able to wash my hair just fine. I can just recommend to go a little bigger. I'm super tiny and the 425cc don't look huge on me at all.

MBA1111 check bc.girl out she is a patient from Dr. Valnicek. She has 425cc as well and she started of pretty flat chested as well. It can give you an idea that 425cc isn't really that much if you start of with itsybitsytitties :).

Thank you for sharing the beginning stages of your journey! Please feel free to continue updating the community on how things go. I wish you the best on your upcoming surgery!
