Vaser Lipo and Fat Transfer to Buttocks, Scar Revision - Kelowna, BC

Today is the end of day four after my surgery. I am tired and feel like a walking bruise. The tummy tuck was less painful in my opinion, even though the tummy tuck entailed a large surgical incision. I have a drain coming out of my tailbone and my entire body is black and blue and my bum has almost a burning type of pain. I have small 1 stitch incisions dotted all overy my body and my doctor said he took out almost 8 lbs with the lipo. CRAZY!
This surgery is really no walk in the park but I am sure I will be happy with the results as my swelling goes down. I think my bum looks a little large but I will reserve judgement for now as I have alot of healing to do. ..I like my new bum shape though and I really like my thighs. ..no large dimples!

I had my surgery on Wednesday. I was 4 hours in surgery and Dr Stan cleaned up dog ears from my previous tummy tuck, tidied up some hypertrophic scars under my breasts, tweaked my tummy with lipo and I had vaser lipo to my thighs and used that fat to perk up my bum. I am still in my binder until tomorrow but I can see alot of bruising and definate mprovement on my thighs and torso. I can sort of see my bum but I have faith that it will look great too. Today had been my most uncomfortable day in terms of pain. I feel like one big bruise. The swelling is ridiculous with this procedure. The one thing I can tell everyone is to get a binder that is easy to get on and has a good sized hole in order to pee through. Mine has a zipper on both sides and that is a god send!
One of the things that bothered me the most was two large cellulite divots on either side of my thighs and Dr Stan said when he released the connective tissue they popped right out. Already my thighs look 100% better and I can't wait to see the results as the swelling comes down. Anything is better than what they were.
Tomorrow is my first shower and I will take pictures then.

It has been 10 mths since my TT which has been life changing. However, I feel there were areas on my tummy that need tweaking. My upper belly still has a roll of fat and Dr. Stan agreed that more could have been taken from that area. I also have hypertrophic scarring under my breasts from my breast reduction from almost 2 yrs ago which Dr. Stan will also be removing. While at my latest consultation, I expressed my wants and desires and one thing rolled into another. DH said, "get what you want done now cause you probably won't get another chance later!"...Sooo...next week, vaser lipo to my inner and outer thighs, small amt from my tummy and lower back and finally a fat transfer to my bum. (I was politically correct and decided to recycle the collected fat and repurpose it to my bum) Long story short, I am going for a 4 hour surgery next week and will come out with a sculpted bum, abdomen and greatly improved thighs. So glad to finally get rid of the thunder thighs and cellulite on my legs. I should be able to wear shorts comfortably now and as a bonus get a perky bum. I have told Dr. Stan that I don't want a Kim Kardashian bum and will remind him again next week. Sorry no pics of my dimpled bum yet, haven't got up the nerve, but will post as soon as I get my courage up!
