My Wonderful Experience with Dr. Rumalla - Keller, TX

The day that I came in I was very skeptical, I didn't think there was a chance that my insurance would cove my procedure. Dr. Rmalla told me that he always does everything he can for those of us with Tricare because of his background, that was so exciting to hear. He told me that he thought my quality of life would be improved, and that I would just be all around happier. Sure enough I got the call not even a week after my consultation that my request to my insurance had been approved, and I couldn't even stay on the phone with the receptionist to schedule my pre-op appointment I was so hysterical. I couldn't believe this was a real thing, that this was actually happening. 

From there on out Dr. Rumalla was right by my side in all the planning; he worked with me on a date that would be convenient for my work schedule, he answered my thousands of questions, and talked me into making the wonderful decision to add on lipo-suction on the sides of my breasts under my arm pits. We ultimately made the decision that he would take me down from a medical size F breast to a large C cup so I would still look appealing; he also told me that every reduction gets a lift (I was really excited about that!) and that I would receive lipo-suction to get rid of the well-known "side boob". I had my operation at Texas Health Resources in Southlake, TX not even three weeks after receiving my confirmation; it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Rumalla came to see me several times the day of the operation and the morning after before I was discharged. Instantly out of surgery, I felt neck and back relief; I had heard that that is something several women notice instantly but was very surprised at that reality. I was very confident in my home care, and saw Dr. Rumalla several times in the following weeks. 

I healed in a little over a month, and was never uncomfortable; I expected so much pain but there was almost none. I feel so much more energetic, I love shopping now, and can even go without a bra sometimes if I want to! I would recommend Dr. Rumalla to my friends, my family, anyone who is considering plastic surgery. He and his team took such great care of me! I am very confident now, and cannot begin to thank Dr. Rumalla and his great team for what they have done for me!
