I am a small framed women who had breasts way to large. I was an I cup size and am now a large C to small D cup. This was the best decision I could have made for myself I feel so much better no more back, shoulder, or neck pain. I can even breathe better without all that extra weight on my chest. I had been having to use and inhaler at times now I have no problems.
