Exceeded Expectations! Keller, TX

I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience with my breast augmentation. Dr. Rumalla is nice, attentive, punctual, personable, funny, and was able to make a size recommendation that fit exactly what I wanted. His assistants were also friendly and helpful in my decision-making process. The surgery center was comfortable, clean, and relaxing - the staff there were just what a person would want pre-surgery: friendly, caring, informative, patient, and comforting.

***I was most impressed by this: A week after the surgery, I was experiencing more discomfort than I expected. I called Dr. Rumalla's office and they told me that Dr. Rumalla would see me without an appointment, whenever I could make it in. When I got to his office, Dr. Rumalla came and got me from the waiting room himself almost immediately! It was unlike anything I've ever experienced from a doctor. He was genuinely concerned and when I described the issue (pain), he took a look and explained that the discomfort was completely normal, especially only a week after surgery.

Dr. Rumalla made his size recommendation, based on my body type and my expectation of the final look. To ensure that the size was perfect, I was able to "test it out" during two different appointments (in case I changed my mind); I also tried different sizes (to make sure the size I selected was perfect - and it was!). Through all of this, Dr. Rumalla and his staff were patient and supportive.

All of the appointments - before and after surgery - have been extremely efficient. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room and once I'm taken back, it is never a long wait to see Dr. Rumalla. He is quick but thorough - not wasting any time but not missing anything, either.

Having said all of that, the most important thing is this (because what is a great "process" if the "result" isn't good?!): the outcome of the surgery is even better than I expected - they are natural-looking and they fit my body perfectly!! I couldn't be happier!!
