After googleing for the “top breast surgeons”...

After googleing for the “top breast surgeons” in the Dallas / Ft Worth area, I settled on 2. The first surgeon I saw in Dallas was very highly rated but I was just “missing” any type of connection. He looked at me, made some markings and then said I should look in the gallery book to pick out what I wanted my breasts to look like. Since I did not really have a clear idea of what I currently looked like I had absolutely NO idea what the end result would be (Note: this consultation cost). I had read reviews of Dr. Rumalla on Realself and was intrigued by his reviews so made a appointment at his Ft. Worth office. What a difference! The staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Rumalla was great, he listened to what I wanted and then offered “try-on” breasts to get a feel and visual of what the end result would look like. He did not hurry me through my appointment and answered all my questions. I now have exactly what I envisioned and my breasts look natural and beautiful. Dr. Rumalla and his staff are as welcoming and professional on all my follow up visits and numerous calls (Keller office) as my 1st appointment.
Side note: I had some complications from the anesthesia (no reflection on Dr. Rumalla or the anesthesiologist). Dr. Rumalla ensured my safety came first and the doctors I saw after regarding the complication all commented on how thorough and precise his notes were on my surgery and outlining the area of complication.
Dr.Rumalla was definitely the right choice; I would absolutely use him again and will and have recommended him to my friend. 5 Stars to Dr. Rumalla and his staff!

Gunny did you have to have a lift or just implant?

No, I only had a breast implant; Dr. R said lift not necessary (no up sell). I am now 5 months after surgery and I could not be happier with the results. My breasts look totally natural.
