Good luck and keep us posted on your progress and healing.
where does the hair come from? is it donor hair?
This type of procedure, takes a strip of your scalp, then it’s sewed back together. The hair units are then placed in a prepared hole. So, there’s no bald spot in the back. The incision heals and doesn’t show.
You seem to know a lot about the procedure.
please do your research with Turkey! There are only a handful trustworthy surgeons over there which will grant you a better result this time...
How many grafts did you have in your first hair transplant? Tks
1000 - 1500

3 years later hair transplant

I have posted a updated photo of the final result, from my hair transplant.
I am currently looking to get 1,000 more grafts. The scalp is very noticeable and needs to be thicker. The hairline hair pokes up and looks in natural.

Fantastic! You look wonderful, and thanks for sharing.
Go go Melike Külahci at Transmed-Klinik in Istanbul. She knows best about female hairlines. Dont let them send you to another doctor at the same klinik for a cheaper price. She is careful and trys not to damage the first transplants. maybe you can repeat the fut instead of fue. She would use the same scar. She is also more experienced than all other transplant doctors in turkey.

9 1/2 months are hair transplant

First of all loving my new hairline. Second thought is , if I had known all that goes into this , I would not have done it. But, so happy I'm 91/2 months down the road. I still have bumps on my head. I still have to drench my hair with coconut oil because of the frizzy-ness. Again I say I love it, so glad I did it. This hair transplant will help my appearance forever. I will never have the thinning hair, that badly shows our age. I am just letting it grow, trimming the tips of frizz every once in awhile.

Congratulations on making it through the worst of it! It looks great! How is the density? You recently posted you wished it were thicker. Has it gotten thicker now? My surgery is in 2 weeks. I can’t wait for it to be at the point where you are now!
The very front was still thinner, until this week, more hair came thru. I feel by Christmas it will look completely normal. This surgery has made a big difference in the way I feel about myself. A woman with a thinning crown, creates the image of a old woman. My crown now, is full, and youthful in appearance.
Aw I’m so happy for you! Thank you for sharing your journey!
Looks allright. Good to see women doin' a hair transplants either.
looking good.
Finally feeling the end in sight. I love it !
