My breasts had been asymmetrical since my early teens. As I was growing up, I started feeling that they were really uneven, something that made me quite self-conscious. Apart from the psychological aspect, there was also the practical problem of finding a bra that fitted. And, as if all these weren’t enough, after turning 30, the larger breast started falling, thus making the asymmetry even more visible. It was not until I turned 35 that I decided to consider breast surgery. I spent lots of hours researching different techniques online, and then I started going to doctors’ appointments. I became really frustrated since all of them suggested a surgical procedure that involved both implants and breast lift with multiple incisions. None of them would guarantee a satisfactory result, and I was warned about the skin marks left after such procedure. Then, fortunately, I came across Dr. Kapositas’ website. I was impressed by his state-of-the-art technique, and the before/after surgery pictures of difficult breast asymmetry cases. I scheduled my appointment for my consultation. During my consultation, Dr. Kapositas immediately understood that I had done a lot of research on the subject, and that is why he started to explain his cutting-edge surgical procedure in detail, which involved just the input of high-quality breast implants and a 3mm scar under my breasts that would eventually fade. He also explained every factor that could go wrong in such a surgery, including information that you cannot find online, as a responsible surgeon who takes his profession seriously should do. Having taken the time to walk me through the entire process, he literally made all my fears, anxiety and frustration go away with his expertise and supreme confidence that I would get the look I wanted. After my consultation, I immediately booked my surgery for two weeks ahead, and was given all my pre-op instructions. When the day of my surgery finally came, I was really excited. Dr. Kapositas was so kind, confident and reassuring, therefore I didn’t feel the least bit worried. I literally have no recollection of the surgery. The post-op pain was minimal, and Dr. Kapositas’ instructions and caring made the healing process a breeze. Now, it’s been a year and a half since I had the surgery and I can tell you for sure that the outcome is so natural and perfect!!! I am still amazed by the fact that he managed to correct my breast asymmetry just by inserting different breast implant sizes (225cc & 300cc). There are no marks from the incisions, and my breasts feel and look great and natural, as if I never had a breast surgery! Thinking retrospectively, I can assure all women considering breast surgery that the most significant thing in the process is finding the right doctor. I am extremely happy with how things turned out, and I feel so lucky for choosing Dr. Kapositas, an excellent surgeon and a wonderful man, to be my physician!
