I was worried about removing hair in the donor area and making the scar more visible. We ended up staying out of the scarred area and put some grafts in the scar from my previous procedure.

I had a strip procedure 4 years ago and my scar was pretty bad and I want to wear my hair short. I have been researching the Artas but didn't want to fly to Chicago. I was please to find Dr B. His team was amazing! He takes his time. You can tell he cares. I'm so pleased with the results already and the recovery was so easy. I highly recommend Artas and Dr. Barbieris team.

They also didn't take any hair around the scar. They took it from the sides and filled in the scar with some grafts.
