34 Y/r Mom of Twins + 1 After 90lbs Weight Loss - Kanata, ON

I am approx 8 weeks post second lift and the skin on my left breast continues to sag more and more. At my last appointment I was told I would need another surgery and that it would cost me $1000-$2000. After nearly paying $24,000 I can't afford to fix it. I am mostly happy with the results of the TT and BA but this is incredibly distressing :(

What a difficult journey this has been. The pain from the revision was +++ worst than the initial TT :/ i had almost no regret until recently where I wondered WHY I did this to myself. I seem to be coming out the other end now with a plan to return to work this week after 7 weeks off (went back 3 days). Had my 2 weeks post op appointment. I need ANOTHER surgery in 2-3 months because of skin laxity issues on my left breast , another 1-2 k :( I guess the question is, can I live with what is there now. I am so not ready for a third surgery. Surgeon agreed we will wait and see what happens and get me healthy again. I am desperately ready for the gym. Today was s great day because I bought my first bikini in 14 years!!!

I have my first post-op appointment since my second mastopexy with anchor incision and dog ear release. I am still in a lot of pain and have been unable to return to work. The good new bad news is that I had a seroma that needed draining- Its not as bad as it sounds. I may have a bit of nerve damage and or aggravation from opening up an old wound So still struggling with getting pain under control. Need rest so I'm off work for at least another week. I've been grappling with this so im relieved in a sense but overwhelmed with everything. My breasts are better than they were for sûres but need to remember im only 6 weeks post op so lots of changes need to happen still.
