Waste of a Money! Injector Could’ve Cared Less

Got 1 tube juvederm in chin area to correct wrinkles and frowning of one side of lip. I’ve had filler in lips and smile lines over the years. But this time I was EXTREMELY swollen and sore. I didn’t notice no immediate difference in lines. After almost 7 days there were no results all I had was 2 lumps on each side of lips. When contacted place it took 10 days to get a response. Once seen all they could say was they seen a softer appearance. And they were sorry I didn’t see it. They didn’t acknowledge my before after pics I had taken nor my concerns I came in to begin with. I’ve filed a complaint with BBB as they could’ve cared less to correct the issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PRACTICE. They are a largely owned dermatology office throughout US. But not acknowledging one office and pt says a lot to me no matter how big they are.
