Botched Filler Job That Had to Be Dissolved

I had a terrible experience at Sheena Kong's medical spa. Dr Kong was irresponsible and had a lack of knowledge about the services they were offering. When I received my injections, the result was poor and did not meet my expectations at all. She also made overly promising claims about what the results would be, which were not even close to what I experienced.

Following the injection, my skin appeared distressing and unappealing. The texture was unnaturally lumpy, making it difficult for me to smile. Despite my explicit request to avoid any strange bumps under my eyes, the injector neglected to do so, resulting in a disastrous outcome. Additionally, she persuaded me to purchase an exorbitantly priced filler, claiming that it would appear entirely natural, without providing any information on the injection that was inserted beneath my skin.

The outcome of the procedure was exceedingly unsatisfactory, to the point where the injector had to dissolve it after a mere two weeks. Despite witnessing the poor results, which caused discomfort around nasal area, Dr Kong apologized but didn't provide a refund. The dissolution process was so painful and hurt my skin. This entire experience has been incredibly distressing, and as a result, I would strongly advise against visiting her clinic.
