Overpriced, little knowledge when it comes to non-invasive treatments

Jana Vogt says she is a surgeon but does not bother to read the instructions for new products she starts using on their client’s faces. I know Jana in fact for many years. We had some git and miss- es, but this time her negligence went too far. She knows my troubled history and what happened to me 2 years ago because of a treatment gone bad in another place. She knew I can’t use any dissolving and that my tissues need recovery. Knowing all of this, she superfluously mentioned to me Volite for fine lines. I decided to try it a week later. She superficially and quickly injected it all over my face. She did not massage at all afterwards ( I later found out that practitioner must massage properly right after injecting), yet told me to use guasha at home. A week after, I reached out to her and told her that I still have hardened masses/bumps all over my face. She said: « don’t worry, Volite is not cross-linked, it will go away. » I remember she said that as well after injecting . I know my skin, I knew it wouldn’t. I consulted another doctor and researched online about Volite. To my surprise: VOLITE IS CROSS-Linked! Meaning cross-linked injectables can create uneven masses and meaning that it has to be thoroughly massaged by practitioner. Needless to say I had to spend money to dissolve the dissolvable part of Volite and spend again to repair my tissue.
I asked Jana to take accountability and to refund me. That was the right thing to do. She replied she did nothing wrong. How about reading the instructions for the products you inject into your clients’ faces? I had to chase a week for my refund.
Aesthetic clinics deal with clients’ faces. Things can go wrong. But if you are professional and care about your client, you openly take accountability. Till this very day, no apology from Jana. Only from her co-worker. That is not ok. And I know Jana for 5 years now. And this is how Mallucci clinic lost a long-time customer. I had very expensive treatments with Mallucci clinic along the years: Softwave when it came on the market cca 2 yrs ago ( performed by Jana and which gave me a small laxe double-chin which I did not have; it took me a while to get rid of it), EM Sculpt 4 years ago ( 4 sessions which did nothing for me except depriving me of cca £4000). And so on. And never asked for a refund. This time I did. And had to write this review. It was about time.
