I was feeling unheard, offered no solutions, and rushed out the door

Dr. Nima Had Moved on from Me As a Client, It's Time for Me to Do the Same.

I started going to Dr. Nima 10 years ago for botox/fillers. Over the past few years, his staff made clear that Dr. Nima had no interest in doing non-surgical work. This came to a head several years ago when I saw Dr. Nima before my wedding. In the appointment, he told me I was too far out from the big day and to come back 3 months prior to my wedding instead. When I tried to make my 3 month appointment, his staff told me he was no longer available for "low-value appointments". I was very upset since this was something Dr. Nima and talked about directly. His staff ended up letting me make an appointment, but they made me feel bad for it repeatedly telling me this was a 1-time exception, it was a huge favor, and to never expect to see Dr. Nima again.

I started to go to someone else (Dr. Rivkin), and when I told them about my experience at Eos they seemed genuinely horrified. That being said - I still felt genuinely loyal to Dr. Nima because I'm nervous about these things and I want to trust who is sticking needles into my face. Again! I had been seeing him for 10 years!

When they hired Jasmine as their filler/botox person, I decided to try again. Jasmin was meh. I messed up the names of areas I wanted help with and she basically dismissed me after that. She didn't help with the things I was concerned about, she repeated her sales pitch when I asked questions thereby not answering my questions. I got the sense the staff was concerned about my ability to pay for things because they kept trying to tell me to not do treatments they suggested because of cost or because you are "afraid of needles." They repeatedly told me "you are afraid of needles so maybe find a non-needle options elsewhere" ... Sure! Needles aren't my fave, but I did come here for a reason!

Because I am too "afraid of needles" to do the filler I requested, Jasmin talked me into doing Morpheus8, and I said sure! I tried to get scheduled but they didn't know what dates the machine would be available. Then on the way home they called to say I needed to pay before I could even get on the schedule. As soon as they asked me to pay for 3 sessions with no idea about when I could get treatment, I took a step back and realized that I really dislike these people. I went there because of the great reviews, to be HEARD about my concerns, and be offered SOLUTIONS to fix it. Solutions I was willing to pay top dollar for! Instead I was feeling unheard, offered no solutions, and rushed out the door with little care or concern. I felt like they treated me as some poor moron who happened to wander in off the street and now I had the opportunity to pay $3000 to have them maybe call me back next month!

While Dr. Nima has always been incredibly kind, I am over with being treated like crap by his staff. I felt super bummed when I got home (and have dwelled on it for days), but my husband (who was also treated poorly by Dr. Nima's staff) made the great point that Dr. Nima had moved on from me as a client, it's time for me to do the same.
