Botched lips and watered down Botox - avoid this clinic

I paid total $1080 for the botched lips and water down Botox. Avoid this clinic.
I just move to Dallas- Texas and I found them on Groupon. They are not a proper med spa. Is a family clinic that they do side business for injection. Beware on the google fake review they posting. All my true negative review was being removed. At that time April 2021, I met with the injector name Megan Porter , she told me she just practicing in January and was waiting for another injection license?
I was botched on my lips at the beginning so I called the bank for dispute but they won the case, and it is been 1.5 years the uneven lips is still bothering me. I end up going to another clinic. To dissolve and get second opinion. I called and I email them in the Facebook, there is no reply. Instead recently I found their correct email, they just told me “file whatever complain you want” the worst and arrogant customer service. I was scam by their customer service over the phone saying “whatever promo you see on Groupon we can honor you” and ask me to paid at the shop, that way no one to protect you when you get botched.
