It's been about 36 hours since I had my jowls and neck done...plus my tummy. I'm 46 with "dunlap" from having 3 kids. I blame my mother for my jowls! lol The procedure to my neck was somewhat uncomfortable, like bee stings. The belly hurt more but only because I didn't ice the area first. I was very surprised with how much it hurt the first 6 hours following the procedure. The next big shocker was the size of my face…I look like I’m wearing a body suit and have the face of Robin William’s Mrs. Doubtfire character. The swelling is going down but I’m starting to worry that it won’t go down enough before my business meetings in two days. The doctor’s office gave no indication that I would be THIS swollen! The pain is now tolerable, just some Aleve and I feel better. Still running a low grade fever though. As for bruising – use the gel form of vitamin K on the area you’ll receive Lipodissolve for several days before your treatment so you won’t bruise. (Extra tip – if you have dark puffy eyes, put a small amount of K under your eyes, it’ll get rid of dark circles.) Also, take your B-vitamins to help the liver process the excess fat. I hope the lipodissolve works…too tough to tell right now. But a word of warning if you do your face - it will swell up a lot! I’ll report back on a weekly basis to let you know how it’s going. OK - - This doesn’t have anything to do with Lipodissolve but many people find it interesting: If you have terrible gas pains, use Activated Charcoal – it’ll fix the problem quickly. (children can take this too) If you have dry eyes – take 2 tablespoons of Flaxseed oil every day (you should also do this 3 days before laser eye surgery to give you enough tears and at least 3 days after surgery) Flaxseed tastes awful so mix it with a tiny glass of OJ or take the capsule form. Flaxseed does so much for you – please Google it to learn more. If you’re having hair loss, take Selenium. It’ll take about 3 weeks before you notice the drain isn’t clogged with your hair – great stuff. If you’re having a hard time getting pregnant, make sure you’re getting enough zinc...minerals are very important. Also, switch your routine and “do it” on the 11th, 12th, or 13th day from the first day of your last period. If you want a girl, try on the 11th and morning of the 12th…boy – the afternoon of the 12th to 13th day…something to do with the alkaline and acidic values of your body during that time. I’ve received many, many bottles of Don Perignon for this tip! Too bad I don’t drink
