42 Yr Old 3 Kids mommy makeover! tt w muscle tighetning, bl ,lipo of the inner thighs and flanks. Ready for the New Me!

So today I visited the doctors office and was able to get both drains removed. At first I thought only one was coming out but I got both removed as they were both only draining at 5cc's on both drains which was small enough to have them both taken out. Now let me tell you the process to remove them was very very painful for me. It felt like a huge surge of fiery burning heat when they pulled then out one side note then the other on my because my left drain was in more then the other drain. Nonetheless they both hurt alot coming out. I know some folks pain tolerances are different and mines is low but it hurt like a b****! Other than that everything looked so good tummy tuck, breasts and belly button scars look AWESOME!! Dr. Rankin did a bang out job on me as well as with the lipo. I'm still a bit swollen but that is expected as I'm only 10 days postop but it should get better in 4-6 weeks with results halfway being seen in 6 months and not fully being seen until at least 1 year post op. But I feel if it's looking as good now I can imagine him much better it will look later. Can't wait to see it all come one fold. See today's pics!! Don't mind the red dot on my belly I actually had a tiny reaction to the latex adhesive from the medial tape used but doc said IT should resolve itself and fade away soon and should be fine..

Okay so today I am finally feeling almost like myself again. I was able to walk around better without feeling all the pain I was feeling. I was even able to make myself some breakfast yay!! I say yay because I'm used to beinf very independent and to have to depend on my fiance and my kids was so hard for me because I'm used to doing everything for them and for myself but at the same time I needed a break from the cooking and cleaning LMBO!! But overall I'm due to see the doctor tomorrow technically I was supposed to see him a while ago but I live 1hr away from the clinic so it was hard getting sinrine to drive me there since my fiance couldn't take anymore time off from work. But seeing him tomorrow will update again after my appt. Xoxo

So I'm going to break this down by days
Day 1 was okay hardly felt any pain only because I still under the effects of the anesthesia and the Exparel as well as the pain medication they had administered to me at the clinic prior to me leaving.
Day 2 Exparel still working and self medicated pain pills are not as needed yet pain tolerable because of the Exparel.
Day 3 Exparel still working but needed a few Percocets only because I can slowly feel the pain gradually coming on.
Day 4 -6 omygoodness Exparel is not working anymore and the pain is now excruciating to the point I'm almost in tears went from 1 pain pill every 6 hours to 2 pain pills every 4 hours.
Day 7 pain more tolerable today but aunt Flo came to visit so now my already painful backache is even more painful so I'm continuing to take the 2 pain pills every 4 hours . I also all of a sudden have developed a lot of pain in my left hip and leg not sure if it's from my fibroids causing my sciatica nerves to be impinged as is the norm when on my periods or if it's a complication from the procedures but informed the doctors nurse manager Nataly who by the way has been excellent at reaching out to me every single day since postop. As for swelling don't notice much yet only a bit on my hips but I can say from the little I have noticed the doctor did a bang out job on the lipo of my flanks and in the tummy tuck because my waist is snatched!!! already so I can only imagine how much better it's going to look 6 weeks out and on. As for my breast lift from the little I can see I can say that for now they are really high up and smaller than my C cup I had prior to lift but I made sure I told the doctor that I didn't want big boobs I've always missed my medium B cups I had prior to 3 kids and gravity lol so he did an awesome job at that ! they are swollen but I'm sure I will be happy once they settle. Yea I know smaller boobs? I also had lipo of the inner thighs too but so far they are really swollen so can't tell yet how that will look. I missed my smaller upper body and larger bottom body I used to have in my 20's. Kinda crazy But I missed my coca cola shape ;) But if not for the pain I am extremely satisfied with the work done on me and the very attentive doctor and nurse so far. Will post more updates soon.
