26 Years Old 3 Kids Under 4 Ready to Get my Body Back with Improvement

Im going with Dr. Sayed he is board certified did my research on him im nervous but excited at same time havent heard anything bad bout him so far i just pray everything goes well when it's time and i get the figure i want an make it back home to my babies safe i have a thyroid condition so that was main thing i was concern about told me to see a endocrinologist and my doctor for lab work to test my levels on it they told me to have them write a note saying im ok to get surgery my dr. Said that levels are normal one said lil large then other but normal so guess im fine just keep praying everyday bout it
