My experience with this clinic has been nothing short of traumatic.
I consulted Dr. Hernández Alfaro for treatment to correct a minor asymmetry and a slightly retrusive jaw.
In the brief amount of time he conceded me in his consultations, I repeated him every time what my surgery and aesthetic goals were — no change to my appearance, only a correction of my occlusion — My partner was with me as a witness this was the case and was explained very clearly without any room for interpretation. He repeatedly assured that my goals had been understood and would be respected, so based on his "prestige", that now I understand was paid marketing, I underwent bimaxillary surgery at his clinic with him.
The result has been catastrophic.
The asymmetry did not improve; it is worse and in all directions. I had no functional problems now I have severe functional issues and pain. I was left with a facial deformity (extremely long face, extremely long jawline, very wide face, huge chin, plus the asymmetries in all directions) that has not only altered my identity and left me unrecognisable, but horrified my friends, family, colleagues, and of course, myself.
I consulted by now over 20 maxillofacial surgeons across Europe, USA, and South America, to find a team willing to amend part of the problem. Every one of them told me the movements performed on me were so exaggerated, and the damage to the bones, muscle and soft tissue is so big, it cannot be reversed. I could not fix in one surgery all the damaged face parts this Docto left me with, so I will have to separate the procedures and have received a plan for other 4 interventions. I could have bought two houses with the costs his intervention has caused me.
When I asked for explanations shocked about the result, he answered "everything was perfect".
My advice, based on my own experience: go to ANY other clinic.
