How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Worth it

For anyone who is wondering what happened, my chin is still a bit numb but it doesn't bother me much anymore. Shooting pains and sensitivity turned into occasional annoying itches. The movement is 90% back to being even. It started to resolve soon after my last update. The good news is I look much better than I did before. It was well worth it although I could have done without the stressful recovery... I hope everyone else has a happy ending.

.

I received a letter from Dr Lee about my issue. I felt better after that. But he told me to take a course of oral steroids and I sent an email back asking for the dosage details because I need more information in order to get the medication and the emails were just ignored again. I called today and Susan said she was trying to work it out herself and hadn't asked Dr Lee yet.. Trying to make it sound like my question was a difficult one and acting kinda shady. It's like the staff are scared to speak to him so they just ignore patients..? I left Dr Lee a message on instagram saying "Do you want me to take the medication or not??" since there's no other way to contact him. Honestly to send me a letter saying I should take a medication and then not provide the information I need to actually get it..

Mandibular nerve injury

I believe I have mandibular nerve injury. I sent an email to Dr Lee's office and they said they will ask him about it on Monday. This seems to be a long time to wait for a reply from a doctor when you are experiencing a complication from surgery.
