TT -- too soon to tell if I would recommend it. Two months out, and it's been difficult, lots of swelling and now have an abnormality thing on my right hip...time will tell if I would recommend it or not. I still cannot fit into my pants. Better in the morning than at night. I was 57, 5/6" and 162 pounds when I had it done. Last Monday when I went to doc, I was 158. Verdict is still out. Hoping for less swelling, abnormality to go away, and will be able to fit in my clothes!

The breasts -- love them (had lift and reduction) and piece of cake.

I have a similar lump on my left hip and I'm eight weeks out today. Do you know what it is?

I really don't think the garment makes a diff at this point. That is the opinion of my PS, as well, but also my personal opinion. Sometimes I wear it when the pain spots are too much. I also do not know what the lump is. It swells and gets smaller, and sometimes it is discolored, like today. And it also is somewhat painful. When I lean over, I can feel it. Does yours ever do that? I am wondering if it is fat that was missed with shank lipo. But I have had the PS look at it twice, and he says wait and let us see. Basically my opinion is that now short of a crisis, the answer is "wait." I am extremely discouraged as I just want to fit in clothes and feel better.
Also, I cannot seem to get any answers on this board on "healthy eating" "drink lots of water" and "workout." I would LOVE to have a sample three-days of what ppl are eating, how much water is being drunk, and what type of workout. Because I do believe I am doing what I should be doing, but if I could compare to someone, then maybe I am falling short and I don't know. I am posting again regarding it.

Thank you so much. I am way under 140 oz. How is your recovery? Are you swollen? What does 26 sleeps mean?

does a compression garment make a difference with your swelling?

I do not think so. The PS also agreed. The last two days I am so discouraged, grasping for anything, and I have worn it. Last night I did not. No difference whether I do or not.
i hope to get some replies on my post on how much water is enough and an example of healthy eating and what amount to workout. I am eating and drinking what I thought was enough, but not working out, honestly because I feel too frail. So today may be the first day of a new approach. God knows I am an optimistic person, but this is getting me way down.

I'm six weeks post TT and do still have some swelling but not uncomfortable. I try and drink 8 or so 8oz glasses of water daily. Breakfast is usually a protein shake, lunch is a salad with chicken or salmon and dinner a protein, vegetable and salad. Snacks are usually an apple, orange or pineapple. Just walking for now and try to get 10,000 steps a day but don't get there most days. Are you eating enough protein ?
