Hi I'm 24 years old with no kids and don't plan on having kids until I'm 30 years old. I've always been on the heavy side but I hold my weight well. I just want to for once be able to put on a swim suit and feel completely comfortable. Which I don't now. I've had the option of trying to loose weight before my procedure , but it's really hard for me to loose weight and keep it off.i love to eat. Im having a tummy tuck , lipo of my sides and my arm area ... Is this a good option for me ... At 208 pounds ?

So today , I've started my real diet : I've darted by drinkin the lean milkshake for a meal replacement . I was taking the adipex pills but I stopped because I learnt that they can put hole in your heart. So I need Lists of healthy meals . I'm trying to do the salad thing but I really don't care for salads. Does anyone have any other options on fatburners or other healthy ways to loose weight , besides hydroxycut ?

Definately eat lots of protien & salads & also soup! You can make any kind of soup by just sauteing garlic in olive oil & adding veggie of your choice - broccoli, cauliflour, celery, anything, then add chicken stock, cook it for a while, puree & there you go! You can even freeze it. Very healthy & easy & delicious! I also love to eat & it is my biggest challenge - keeping my post tt figure! I am almost 1 year post op & no regrets at all. You will love your new figure - but, yes, you do have to maintain. I gained quite a bit in the holiday season & was starting to look like my before photo! Eeek!! I am back on track now - can't imagine going through all that recovery & $ to look like my before photo! Good luck & keep us posted on your recovery.

congrats on your decision! You will look lovely afterwards but as far as the diet, try eating lots of fruits and vegetables, walking helps a lot if you don't have a gym membership. I am presently dieting for my upcoming surgery in april, i have been eating fruit and salads ( i see that you don't like salad) but eat sweet stuff moderately just remember to treat yourself once a week!

I'm doing pretty good today , I've been eating healthy . Good dinner and I've decided to take a couple more of the adepex pills , only 4 more though . They cause serious weight loss. But other than that I'm doing fine , a little nervous and have a month to go !! I'm so excited ! I think once I get it done I'll be more motivated to work out ! I just hate that scarring ! So does the silicon scarring work ?

Hey be careful with the diet pills. You should check with your doctor to see if thats ok. I would hate for you to have to postpone your surgery because they elevated your blood pressure or some other side effect. Just check first so you aren't doing anything unsafe for you. This particular surgical procedure is very taxing on the body because you are dealing with large adipose tissue. Just my opinion. Take care.

Thank you . And the doctor told m I can take them up until two weeks before I go . But I only have 4 more and after that its all me . I'll have another month before the surgery when I'm done taking the pills. So I should be fine right ?
