I'm only 5 days post op and I really want a glass of wine, so much so that I've twice considered calling Dr. Fee on this beautiful Saturday and asking how many sips would be ok. I had been considering a breast augmentation for a few years now but I kept putting it off because I haven't had any children yet. I finally decided to go ahead with the procedure and enjoy having fuller breasts again. I have gained and lost weight a few times over the last 4 years and it definitely affected my breast volume. I wasn't sure if I would need a lift to achieve the desired change or if I could get by with just implants. I had consultations locally with 2 doctors and they both said that I may be able to achieve what I want wit just implants. I chose Dr. Fee because he made me feel the most comfortable in my consultation. So far I think I'm happy with my results. My boyfriend loves them; there isn't anything wrong with them I just think most implants look odd until about a month post op. The pain is definitely different than I expected and most of my breast is numb except the nipple. I got 400cc smooth round high profile mentor memory gel implants with an inframammary incision.

Hi Jax, sorry my english, but i have a few questions:
-was a subsmuscular technique?
-why 400cc?. Have any doctor explained to you about the mastopexia surgery? because i think got "ptosis"....
Good luck with the PO! you have a beatufil skin! :)

Not So Happy
JaxaugMay 13, 2016
So I had my procedure the week of Thanksgiving making me almost 6 months post op and I have been relatively unhappy with my results for a while. I have shown my breasts to 2 people close to me to get their opinion and they seem to think the results are ok. I guess I just don't feel like it was worth the money or the time spent in recovery. My main concern was having a perkier look and higher nipples. I wasn't sure if I would need a lift but I knew that if I did need one that I wouldn't want to have surgery for a few years because I haven't had any children yet. A lot of what I liked about my breasts at my last update I assume was just swelling. Now my breasts feel uncomfortable and I'm not sure if it's just feeling coming back to numb areas. My right breast crease looks and feels lower than it did when I first had them done but as I didn't take any reference measurement in this area I can't be sure but it feels like it's sliding down my chest wall almost; I have ripping on the bottom of that breast and was told it just means the tissue was thinner on that side. Anyway I'm including pictures at this point and I hope they are helpful to anyone considering Dr. Fee. I will likely get a revision in Miami within the next year.

Hello, Did you contact Dr Fee? I would share my concern and show him the pictures that you have he should at least offer a revision. 5k is a lot of money. I don't know where you live if you are near the Miami area but I've been stalking Dr Jacob Freiman website his photos are great. When you have a moment check them out. I hope and pray that everything work out for you.

Yes, I've had to post op appointments and at both I voiced my dissatisfaction with my result. He's happy with the way things turned out and still doesn't believe I need a lift. I'll definitely check Dr. Freiman out.

Most PS will tell you that you're only a candidate for a lift if your nipples point toward your feet. That's why I didn't get a lift.

You definitely need to talk to him about it. That breast isn't right at all.

I really don't think that it is. I plan on calling the office again before the move but I hate wasting time to go to the office just to be told that everything looks normal or "great".

I saw something like this on botched. The doctor just took the implant out and put in another size. I really hope everything works out for you. Mr. Miami does a great job, but I heard he was booked up until the end of NEXT year. I'm originally from South Florida and I have friends and family who've had cosmetic surgery and I can get some names for you if you'd like me to.

Yes, please. We originally talked about me getting 500cc's then I got worried about them being to big and I told him I didn't want to look like Dolly Parton but to go as big as he needed to to give me the results I wanted.

Lol, I have 525cc Mentor moderate plus profile smooth and mine look and feel very natural. A great PS will measure you and determine the best size for you. My PS has a Vectra machine so you can see what you will look like with different sizes. I'll get that info when they get off work.

i think you should definetly change the surgeon for your revision because they really do not look good, they look saggy and with implants they should look perky. i am so sorry this happened to you and i hope the revision will be all you have hoped for [RS bleep]

If you wanted your nipples higher you needed a lift I think.
And you need to go back because I don't think it is ok.
I have also had a ba and wasn't happy. End of this year I'm in surgery again to fix my problem. It is on costs of the clinic. So only thing for me is the costs of time. No money.
Look at my profile to see my problem.
Your size is great do.

During my consult I told him what I wanted and that if I needed a lift I would probably wait to have the surgery as I don't have children yet and he assured me I didn't need to lift my nipples enough for a breast lift and that my results would look great. Here I am 6 months later and my breasts don't look like I spent over $5k. I could've just gone out of the country and had a vacation and better results with less money. What is your doctor doing to correct your nipples?

May 20, 2016
He is making a new incision in my left breast in the old scarf and will drop the implant a bit more to the middle. The thing is that I still might have a bit difference between the 2 but not as much as I have now. Also because before the ba I didn't had so much difference.
Don't worry, you'll hopefully be able to enjoy your wine soon. ;) Yes, your breasts will take a few months to settle in and look more natural. Feel free to join the November 2015 breast augmentation surgery forum for some post op support. Congratulations and please keep us posted as you continue to heal!
