This is a huge rip off. I had it all done that...

This is a huge rip off. I had it all done that they offered and they said if I did this within e month they would give me a huge discount. They also told me i would be healed in a month... You don't even start to look normal before 6 months. The quality of work is less than average. I am sure they allowed the assistant to do one side of my face as all stitching was completely opposite from the other. They made one eye lid very different from the other and I have to get it redone. Dr. Timothy Fee promised me he would not leave me till i was happy. My goals were not lifted and they did lypo suction on my neck and left me with huge ripples and the scarring on my forehead is awful. Hardly anything held and I refuse to have someone take my picture. I worked very hard and long to be able to pay for this and now I am left with an awful mess and will have to pay once again to have it done from someone else. They promise you the moon, but their word is worth zero! They should be shut down!

I am so sorry this happened to you :( I live in Jacksonville also but I don't personally know anyone that have gone to that PS, but as we all know bad word of mouth travels further than a good word of mouth. I pray that you heal properly and can get a revision as needed.

For $12k in an area not as expensive as LA or NYC, a traditional full face lift should have been possible. I am sad and angry that this happened to you.

Dear Patient, I am sorry for your experience. As I served as an employee of Lifestyle lift, many decisions are outside of my control. After looking at your photographs, I think you look good actually. If there are any refinements, please let me know and we can make a plan. Criticism on the internet is one sided and can often misrepresent the big picture. Dear Dr Fee, I appreciate you answering me directly. It is only fair you get to speak on your behalf. I do understand many of the decisions were outside your control as being just an employee of LSL. I do not look good in my opinion, my husbands, friends and family. I don't even have people that know me even try to say that. I do know this, that many family and friends who were even considering this surgery through LSL say they would never do it or recommend it to anyone after seeing how I turned out. I have over ten thousand dollars invested in my face. I feel LSL was more interested in making the sale than caring how long I worked and waited to get this life changing decision. I will say to you your bedside manner was fine at first and as a person I liked you very much and felt comfortable at first. But I also felt no one heard me or cared enough once my right eyelid was straightened out by you. My neck was still a mess and i have so much puckering on the sides of my eyes. The scar on my forehead is always a center of attention to strangers. My jowls are still sagging and look bad. My forehead is also lumpy and I paid for a forehead lift as well. When the people from LSL received my complaints after I was told you were gone, I went to see Dr Obi and he evaluate the situation., I was told basically it wasn't their problem, but to go see you around the corner. This man was rude and trying to make me feel stupid for even complaining. He tried to tell me I looked great and he saw nothing wrong!!! From that point on they (LSL) just played games till the statue of limitations ran out. We the ordinary people are coming to you for help. It is not right to just leave people floundering with a mess. We don't have the money to just throw around lightly. Many of us only make enough to live and so to get this done after many sacrifices, planning and to save. Most people expect to get what they pay for. In the cosmetic surgery business, there are so many loopholes that cover the Dr's, but the regular hardworking individuals have to work for many months and years just to save for it! I I just appreciate people to be real with me and above all to be honest and to really care for the patient. We pick Dr's and companies to work for us yet it is shoved down the consumers throats that it is the other way around. People need to be informed of the real healing time and stop trying to just make that sale, but rather make the dreams happen to the people that trust the Dr's and organizations with their whole self! Happy customers will come back and bring people with them. Dr Fee I can't tell you how much it means to me, you stepped up and spoke out. LSL did just the opposite about all of this! People that love me don't lie to me and not one of them think what I am left with is ok. All I was asking for is what I was promised. I appreciate you willing to see me to make a plan, but I have some real trust issues right now from this experience... And I am sure the plan would not include to fix the errors for free. I thought long and hard before I wrote this review and do not feel I have misrepresented my side unjustly. I tried to resolve this via LSL. The manager put me in contact with someone higher up in the company from another state and she played along with me making me think they would stand behind their words until the statue of limitations was past. I even paid in the courts to have it extended three months, but had no money for an attorney. I then just said to myself..., I hope you learned a valuable lesson here and read the reviews on whatever it is you are spending your hard earned money on. Personally Dr. Fee I really liked you as a person, but I feel I was treated very wrong with the company you worked under but regardless of who you worked under I feel you should have contacted me since it was you who promised me you would not leave me and that you were committed to see this through till all was corrected. Thanks to all for responding to my review and hope it helps others to make the right decision for themselves!

Dr Fee I will contact you and leave my email address. I have several things going on at this point, but will discuss those things with you. Thank you for being who i first thought you were. Taking the steps to reach out to me brings me closer to see you as a man of integrity Maybe this will be the beginning of my healing emotionally and dealing with those trust issues.

The big picture Tim is that the damage physicians are doing is forever and when the surgery does go wrong no one is there standing as a responsible member of the medical field. LSL is/was a get rich scheme and judges stood up for this company against women even with substantial evidence. It's not one sided- it is the truth and hard to hear. What people don't see when they look at pictures including you sir, is the interruption in the skin, the scars that damaged large areas of hair follicles, the asymmetry unique to the LSL procedure and the future irregularities due to the surgery. Lifestyle Lift is/was a consortium of local doctors. They (LSL) aren't an entity in themselves. They employed doctors that are also practicing on their own. In my situation it was Dr. Malcolm Lesavoy who has a practice in Encino, CA and from his reviews at his office location he is well loved for his work. It looks to me that he did not see LSL as a viable alternative but as a kind of part time job to met the bills during his divorce and property split.

Kudos Princess for a well written and to the point response to Dr. Fee. I do not believe the Dr.'s who were moonlighting for LSL ever gave a second thought to what they were doing to so many of us. The very fact that LSL employees can look at a person who obviously has issues with the surgery and tell them that they "Look Great" is a slap in our faces. I too faced the ridicule from LSL and was even sent a letter indicating that I should see a Dr. that deals with mental issues because they thought I looked great. So, I was crazy because they messed up my face. Right. I also had major issues seeing a different Facial Plastic Surgeon but he spent so much time with me making me feel comfortable and explaining what he would have to do to fix what he could. It sounds like Dr. Fee is trying to make things right with you, but I also understand your reservations. It takes a long time to trust after you go through something like this. I do hope that you are able to get some kind of relief and help and if Dr. Fee was a responsible caring compassionate person, he would redo the surgery at no expense to you. That is the very least he can do considering all that you have been through. I wish you the very best, Chrystal

Thank you I pray all find justice for all these victims and that LSL get shut down. I did hear some of the Dr''s left because of LSL shady practices.

I add my condolences to you. I have heard so much negative about LL. They are quite pushy. It just seems to me that a reputable, experienced, board certified PS doesn't hide under a corporate name. I sincerely hope you ultimately have a satisfactory resolution.

I don't know if you have heard or not, but LSL has filed bankruptcy! Oh Happy Day. I feel like this should have been addressed years ago, their tactics, advertising, false claims and promises! I am so sorry that you have suffered through this. I too had to pay to have mine redone, out of my pocket, but I was happy that I did. I hope that this one company does not taint your entire outlook on plastic surgeons in general. There really are some good doctors out there and they really are competent. I wish you thes best, Chrystal.
