Deep acne scars- have tried everything and nothing...
Deep acne scars- have tried everything and nothing improved them, from derma pen sessions, intensive laser sessions, and fillers. Dermabrasion was my last attempt but only with a good accredited surgeon was I willing to take this chance. I will be able to see some results in a couple of weeks. The doctor said I will be happy with the outcome.

I have had laser three times, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion and fillers but no luck getting rid of the scars. It seems to be worse as I age and I believe that this is due to my face getting thinner as I get older. Any other suggestions?

I would consult a "Facial" plastic surgeon. Do not consult a General plastic surgeon, this was my mistake in the past, I just consulted plastic surgeon that offered face procedures. Remember you will not completely get rid of them, but for sure improve them. Dermabrassion is a lost art that only a specialist can do it or they can ruin you instead of helping.
It definitely made an improvement for me, I would say I improved 65% of what it looked. I feel great, To me this is better than 0% with all the laser procedures and dermapins, and fillers I paid for in the past.

I have to agree with you. I to have had laser three times and microdermabrasion as well as a peel. Nothing has worked and as I age and my face gets thinner it seems to look worse!!!

6 derma pen treatments 0 improvement and 9 laser treatment and 0 improvement :(

So bad, your laser treatments was fractional CO2?, are good news with the mechanical dermabrasion, i had a dermabrasion 1 year ago for acne scar and my improvement was 25%, maybe its no a lot but there are a really improvement, good luck

Hi Anna, your doctor who performs this is a facial surgeon? He have experience doing this cases , cause I suffer the same deep acne scars and I try almost the same like dermarroller, plasma filled, co2 lasers and I don't see nothing improved and just I saw your pics and your comments and I hope this can works for me too, please let us know with your pics and cares about your experience thanks for sharing..
