Don't Waste Your Money on Cool Sculpting

I saw NO Cool Sculpting noticeable results on all...

Jaxlady
$4,600
I saw NO Cool Sculpting noticeable results on all 4 areas after several months. I got a new job and wanted to look better and reduce flab/fat. Cool Sculpting to my arms $1,175, thighs $1,175, flanks $1,000 and abdomen $1,000. The rate goes down slightly after multiple sessions. After spending nearly $5k (5 treatments in all), after 8 months I still don't see a difference. At my 3 month follow-up the measurements showed I lost .5" off my arms and .5" off my thighs. I spend $2,400 to lose 1"? What a rip off. I showed the treating nurse my before and after pics. She said it can take up to 6 month to see full results (all my research said 3 months), nothing got any better at 6 months. She had a way of explaining everything away. I would NOT recommend Cool Sculpting for anyone. Mine was at Dr. Clayman's Miracle Spa in Jacksonville, Florida. It doesn't work, not to mention it can hurt during and afterward (the freezing and numbness during the treatment is.....tolerable). Afterwards for 3-4 days, my inner thighs felt continually like pins were pricking them; I even had trouble sleeping and used cool packs to relieve the pain. At my arm treatment areas, they were numb for 2 months (it's a risk you read about). When the fat is initially sucked into the device it's uncomfortable, but after awhile it's just cold and numb. The abdomen really hurt. I had pant-breathe at first to tolerate it and take a Xanex. At my 3 months follow-up , after I complained about the lack of results, I was offered a second treatment on my flanks for only $250. I figured it might take 2 treatment on the flanks and STILL no results after two. Supposedly you're to get a 10% reduction after 1 treatment. My thighs are 27" so I should have lost 2.7". She said I'd should only need 1 treatment on each area (set up unrealistic expectations), but possibly 2 on my flanks. No results even after 2 treatments on my flanks. You can see in the pictures below. I wish I'd have listened to a friend who said to wait for results before I do more areas, but I was so convinced by the nurse it'd work I had all 4 area done within 3 weeks. Dr Mark Clayman did a mini-facelift and chemical peel a year prior and I was VERY happy with those results; it cost less than all these Cool Sculpting sessions.

yes it is very subtle but i definitely see it too...i'm sorry you were disappointed but to be honest i had the same very small results with my treatment. the only difference is in my country it is really cheap so i could do 6 7 treatments and the results stacked up and became very visible..

10% would be 10% of your fat, not 10% of your measurement. But frankly, you could reduce 10% just by doing the leg press for 20 minutes a few times per week. That is what I did.

Reduce caloric intake, exercise a bit more.

You have a noticeable difference and this is what coolsculpting is for, minor changes for people who do not want surgery. My mom had coolsculpting with Lynn and loved the difference, it's not surgery, you have to be realistic. Many people do not have as much a change as you have had if you look at other peoples posts. Dr. Mark told my mom that if she wasn't happy and still wanted surgery after her coolsculpting treatments, he would discount what she paid from the surgery, so she wouldn't lose any money. I'm pretty sure no doctor would say this, but this office is the best and staff is great too and the doctors stand by their work.

CoolSculpting can cause PAH! I have it and so do hundreds of thousands of women. The machine should be banned!

I’m sorry, but I have to agree that there is no difference in the pictures. Thank you for sharing your results. I have paid to have the same areas done next week. Very doubtful my money would be returned if I cancel, but i’m seeing very few good results on this site! I was so hoping the results would be more dramatic.

Cool Sculpting is a Waste of Money & Mini Face Lift Works VERY Well to Look Refreshed

Jaxlady

I have to share to help other not waste their money or time.

Cool Sculpting is a waste of money (very expensive compared to other options) and also can really hurt; the abdomen is the worst pain. Save your money. I had it done on both arms, both flanks (twice), abdomen and thighs. I saw no difference after spending $5,000. You can see from the pictures below no difference 6 months and $5k later. Before pic is on the left and after pic on the right. it's done in the Spa, not by the doctor.

I LOVE Dr Mark Clayman. He did my mini-facelift. chin lipo and TCA chemical peel on my face and chest. I have the "refreshed" look I wanted and the price was less than my cool sculpting treatment. Go figure. There really ins't pain, just a little down time from the chemical peel, peeling and stitches around the ears that can be easily covered with hair.

I had it done on my thighs and it left me deformed. I have two inner thigh lumps and it makes it hard for me to even place my legs together. It is definitely noticeable in clothing. Even in loose clothing. My plastic surgeon says since the lumps are so large he would have to do liposuction first and then possibly a thigh lift as I may have loose skin since the lumps are so large. I was prepared to have minimal results. I was not prepared to be disfigured.

That should read that I chose CS instead of going under the knife, but ultimately I had to then have 2 surgeries to try and correct the non surgical procedure. [RS bleep]!

Yes, thank you. I recently joined. I am still trying to determine what surgeon to use for vaser liposuction. I have not settled yet with Allergan.
