I couldn't possibly say enough positive and wonderful things about Dr. Mark Clayman and his team. I had more than one consultation over a 3 year period to ensure I was making the right decision concerning replacing my implants and getting a lift. Each time he was patient and thorough in explaining the details and options of the surgery. I've always felt welcomed when visiting his office and extremely comfortable from the beginning. I'm 5 months post op and am extremely happy with the procedure and outcome of my surgery. Dr. Clayman spent countless hours ensuring I was well taken care. And his considerate, patient and kind bedside manner is unmatched. I'd been referred to him by friends who all had the same things to say. I highly recommend Dr. Clayman!
Amazing Doctor! Takes his time with every patient. I have a very low pain tolerance and was very scared. He made sure I had all the information material I needed, showed me before and after pictures, and answered all my questions. He recommended I get saline, areolar incision, and placement under the muscle. CC’S were chosen to match my body type and one each breast had different CC’s to make them look even. Although the price was $1,000 higher than advertised by other doctors. It was well worth it! Aftercare was phenomenal. He literally called me himself the next night to check on my health status and to answer any concerns. WHO DOES THAT?! I felt almost no pain.. recovery was fast. I have no scars. My breast look natural. My best friend paid less got the gummy ones and hers look fake and she has the scars under her breast. When she saw mine she immediately regretted not paying the slight difference. It’s true when they say you get what you pay for!
From the very first time meeting Dr. Clayman, he was very professional and explained everything to me about my procedure I was looking into getting done. I went in for a Mommy Makeover.....breast augmentation and tummy tuck. I was so nervous and he put my mind at ease by explaining step by step. He told me what to expect before, during and after surgery which I so appreciated. I am not going to lie I was in a little pain after surgery but that's expected especially since I had two procedures done at once. His staff was so very nice, they made you feel like family making sure you had everything I needed. I am beyond ecstatic with my results, I was out of work for 4 weeks and went back with light duty. But I also followed everything he told me to do pre and post op surgery. I am almost a year out from my surgery and still I am just amazed at what a great job he did! I make sure to tell my friends who comment on my surgery to go see Dr. Mark. All I can say is Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Dr. Mark! You can't go wrong having Dr. Mark as your plastic surgeon, I tell everyone how great he is!
From my first meeting with Mark, I felt immediately at ease and in safe hands. I wanted to make sure that the results would not be "fake" and unnatural looking. Mark knew exactly what I wanted and made perfect recommendations for surgery. There wasn't any selling or pressure. It felt like I was chatting to someone I had known for a long time. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Mark. You will not be disappointed with the care you will receive from the reception area to the surgery room.
I've been seeing Dr. Mark for 3 years now. Him and his staff are so caring and kind. I love my results and premium care I recieve. I recommend him to all of my friends and his spa is one of the best. If you haven't treated yourself the holidays are around the corner. Time to treat yourself. ~Amelia ~
One of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr. Mark Clayman was beyond excellent from the day of the consult to calming me the day of surgery to all my follow up visits and now over a year out from my surgery, still extremely happy. I work in the medical field and saw many consultations in the area. He was very extensive with explaining all my options. I was told by everyone I needed an anchor lift, including Dr. Mark, but he gave me an option to avoid the additional scars and the additional cost, but still gave me the option to do it at a later date if I wanted more lift. He exceeded my expectations and I avoided the excess scarring and additional cost. A friend tried to dissuade me because of negative reviews, but i'm in the medical field and can identify pretty well when people are not being completely truthful. Do your research ladies, Great experience and even Greater Doctor
This litterally was the best decision ever! I was nervous, and had wanted this for a long time finally decided to go through with it my surgeon was awesome! I trusted him as far as what to do to get my results I was looking for & I'm so glad I did because he definatly surpasses my expectations! I'm a picky person but I am so pleased! I read alot of opinions about how cresent lifts werent effective I almost signed up for a full lift with excessive scars, SO glad i trusted my doctor because the cresent lift +implants did everything I needed it to do with only a small 1 inch smooth incision around the top of my areola. Also read alot of negative about saline, but again it was a great option for me! I have no rippling at all!
Best Plastic Surgeon Ever! I waited a while to post my review, but my results continue to be amazing. My breasts are the envy of many of my girlfriends and my fiance's too of course, lol! Great experience from the first consult, to getting ready for surgery, everyone in the office, Dr. Clayman answering all my questions, great bedside manor and explaining everything to me, all my options with silcone or saline, pros & cons, etc. And there were two nurses in surgery and recovery, and another who took my stitches out, i forget their names, but they were all amazing too. Overall great experience, i will use him again for other things in the future, very honest and trustworthy doctor. I saw several consultations before choosing Dr. Clayman and know many women he has operated on, all with wonderful comments about their experience as well.
Dr. Clayman is the BEST! I had fairly bad experiences with other plastic surgeons and on the advice of a gf from south florida who is a patient of Dr. Marks's and her cousin is a patient of his father, so i decided to check him out. Best decision i ever made. He was so professional and gave me the look i always wanted. It has been a while now since the surgery and my results continue to look great and i love my breasts more and more every single day. I've read some of the bogus negative reviews and all you have to do is go see one of the doctors and you will see the true professionalism for yourself. The results far exceeded my expectations and i will never go to anyone else.
Mark Clayman is a master of his craft! I did a lot of research and met with 3 different surgeons. He was recommended by several people who loved his work with their own breast augmentation. From my first (free) consultation his staff was amazing and he took his time to explain all of the different options. I was never rushed or pressured to book the surgery. He genuinely cared and even explained why the more expensive option I initially wanted wasn't the right choice for me. I had my surgery about 8 hours ago and I feel amazing!! I've only taken 1 pain pill and I've been up hanging out with friends and watching TV since I got home. I had a lot of weight fluctuations that caused sagging/loss of volume during some rough life events the last two years and for the first time in a very long time I feel beautiful again. He and his staff deserve 10 stars!!!
Thank you for the question regarding enough pain medication after surgery. A simple call to your surgeons office will likely answer this question for you, before thinking your doctor doesn't want you to have your pain controlled after surgery. Many states have passed laws within the past year that limits the amount of pain medications that can be prescribed. In Florida, this is limited to 3-days, so this may be the same in your state. This can be a nuisance for patients and doctors, but because of the new laws, there is nothing your surgeon can do. This does not mean they can not prescribe you more, as your state law may allow for circumstances allowing more once you are evaluated after the 3 days supply. Also, some tummy tuck/lipo procedures are not that painful depending on the technique and what's actually performed, and many surgeons use other techniques for pain control including pain pumps or long-acting numbing injections or blocks that limit discomfort after surgery. Again, a simple call to your surgeons office will likely clarify the reason for you.
You have upper eyelid ptosis and botox will not help improve this. You are only showing a static image of your eyes, so an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon/opthamologist who has experience in ptosis surgery would be recommended. Many people have mild forms of upper eyelid ptosis and there can be a multitude of reasons for the ptosis, congenital, traumatic, etc. You will also notice that some models, actors and athletes have mild ptosis of their upper lids as well, and never have surgery. Kobe Bryant is an easy one if you want to confirm for yourself. Surgical intervention can improve this depending on the reason for the ptosis, and is often recommended when it becomes more of a functional issue. For instance, if your ptosis was severe enough and covered your pupil, this would effect your vision and be more of a functional issue compared to what you have now. If the ptosis bothers you, then getting an in person evaluation will educate you more on this topic and treatment options will be reviewed based on your exam. If you have no allergies or contraindications to specific eye drops, you could try placing an over the counter eye drop to stimulate another muscle in the eyelid called mullers muscle. Basically, visine or generic eye drop with "get the red out" usually has something called phenylephrine in it to constrict the blood vessels for allergies and other issues. This can stimulate mullers muscle in the upper eyelid a small amount and make the lids open a bit more. This would only be for a temporary improvement for several hours, but you do not want to do this on a frequent basis or you can get rebound dilation of your vessels. There are also prescription eyedrops used for other issues that can stimulate this muscle even more without effecting the blood vessels, one called iopidine, but you would need to be evaluated by an opthamologist. If a doctor tries to talk you in to a cosmetic upper blepharoplasty type procedure, then this will not help you and you should seek out another doctor.
I agree with the comment that there shouldn't be recurrence of tuberous breasts, but there can be limited correction depending on the severity your tuberous features. It is hard to give you advice without more history about what procedure or procedures you already had & photographs of what your breasts look like now and what specifically concerns you with your breasts. If you had surgery by a board certified plastic surgeon, then go back to him/her and voice your concerns or seek a 2nd opinion with a board certified plastic surgeon. Uploading a few pictures would be helpful
Thank you for your question. As you can see from others who have responded, there is nothing wrong with doing a tummy tuck by itself without liposuction, but the addition of liposuction will only help to improve your results. Liposuction helps to improve the contour and can also help to decrease the thickness in areas, but this also depends on your anatomy and areas that concern you. There is no correct answer to your question and this will depend on your desired change. If you wish to have your flanks or areas of your upper abdomen more contoured, then you would likely benefit from liposuction with your procedure. An in-person consultation with a board-certified-plastic-surgeon would be necessary to give you adequate recommendations, and if you are concerned with the recommendation of your surgeon, it never hurts to obtain other opinions from board-certified-plastic-surgeons in your area.
Thank you for your question and congratulations on your weight loss. Without a picture, it is hard to give you specific recommendations to address your areas of concern. When you lose weight, you occasionally lose volume in areas of the face that give the impression that the face is sagging. This can often be improved with various types of fillers. If the skin quality has changed, there are various treatment options and medical grade skin care lines that can help. There are various other non-surgical options available that other surgeons have recommended to you and some of them are quite effective in the right patient, but some of them have a lot of marketing behind them and not much science, so you have to be careful. I suggest you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience using various fillers and facial rejuvination techniques. If you do not feel comfortable with the doctor or feel you are being talked into something you are not sure about, don't hesitate to see another or several consultations and then do some research based on the recommendations before you chose to proceed.
