Working out is Important
It’s been about 4 years since my procedure. I’ve learned that when I lose weight my ass loses weight. When I gain, it mainly goes to my ass. So for those of you that feel the need to plump your back side up. Go for it. I suggest wearing waist garments or full body garments. I work out daily. I love my body but now want my breast done! Go figure!

2018 Still wearing it well. I’m ready to do my breast and a little in the hip area but my husband is happy so back to that loving battle of “I’m sexy the way I am”... I haven’t experienced anything negative since my procedure. I’ve referred a few people to My Dr. haven’t heard any complaints at all. I think for me I just want more.
