I had 2 kids in 2 years. I deserved a medal for going through that and my boob job was just that! I was petrified but knew that i was not going to be unhappy with the results that 3 babies left me with in the boob dept. I felt like it was affecting my sex life with my husband too and wanted to get it done quick! I booked my augmentation 3 1/2 months out! i dont recommend that! way too much time to freak yourself out. i build up so much anxiety! I cant tell you i did alot or research and when I found Dr Nezami i was blown away by his professionalism and expertise. He has a 4d imager in the office! i could actually see what 350 cc's would look like on my actual body! His before/after pics were so natural! my worst fear was having the "fake" look.
I day of my surgery i was so nervous! It went so quick and smooth. I left there in a fog. I will say that after reading alot of reviews online about girls saying the pain isnt that bad and it felt like milk drying up i thought, i could handle that! heck i just had 2 babies back to back so how bad could it be!?? Yea well, I was miserable. pain. I was not prepared for the pain I felt when i got home and the next 4 days. I couldnt even open the pill bottle, or pull my pants down to pee. I felt like someone ripped my chest open and put rocks underneath my skin. (I got 375 cc silicone under). I was like what have i done to myself. OMG. I was in a pain induced state on the couch for a few days. After day 5 i started to feel like myself again. I was able to go to work on day 7. opening the car door was a challenge but it wasnt bad. I would say it was about 3 weeks before i was like normal again. now I am 11 weeks out and I feel completely totally fine. i started running about 3 weeks ago. i sleep any way i want. At first i couldnt sleep any way but on my back and elevated for like 2 weeks and that sucked! It took a good 10 weeks for them to fully drop. i am a size 34D. perfect for me.! I highly recommend Dr Nezami if you live in the Jacksonville area. You can rest assured he is amazing!

moderate. I honestly let my doctor decide everything. i just said i want a natural look and my pregnancy boobs back. he determined the cc's that he thought would look the most natural. he suggested 350-400 cc's. i said 400 and after the surgery he said he went with 375 because the 400 were pudging out underneath my armpit area (not a natural look). its a scary road if you dont have the right doctor. my first consultation the guy told me i needed at least 550! I was like really?? I did not want to look like a [RS bleep] star. i am very pleased.

Your results look BEAUTIFUL!!! I am having my surgery in June and I hope to get results similar to yours. I was wondering if you could post a few more pictures, maybe a profile shot as well?

They look fantastic. What size did u start out at? Did u have a lot if breast tissue to begin with? Can I ask ur prep weight height

Pre weight 140 height 5'6 Was a 34b and very little breast tissue at all.
