Formerly a 34B cup. I had BA in 2007 to a full D and he overfilled to 550cc(so I'm actually a double or triple D)saline. Downsizing and swapping to Mentor Memory gel silicone moderate plus profile, hopefully 250-300cc range. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE A LIFT DONE. I also do not want grannies. LOL
My surgery is scheduled for Wednesday, so I'm getting a little nervous and have been searching pics like crazy. Has any one else had great experience with downsizing without a lift? Just by doing an exchange. I hear the mentor memory gel are more natural looking and feeling and that is what I'm aiming for. I don't really care about having any upper pole fullness.

I have boob tube vision!!! I've done nothing, but search for the perfect size and shape and I'm still confused. I have it narrowed down at least. We are exchanging HP saline for Mentor memory gel mod plus profile. I hate the upper pole fullness. Gotta be sure to steer clear of it. I am thinking somewhere in the 250-300 range. I like the more natural look and I want it to be a noticeable difference in size (hence why I'm downsizing). I also like the teardrop shape, but I don't want to use a teardrop implant. Anyone have experience with achieving this with the mod plus?

I explanted 750 silicones 3 months ago...they were giving me issues. Now I'm just waiting for my breasts to heal so I can downsize. Not sure if I will need a lift or not. Hopefully not. I too do not want that upper pole fullness anymore, I'm over it. I want a natural slope but not the teardrop shaped implants...and I'm thinking in the 250-300 range. So we have a little in common! Following your story. Please keep updating :)
