Regret getting transplant - my hair doesn't look very different

Since I wasn't happy with the results I asked Estplast clinic to provide me with a refund. They continually ignored my questions to the point where I had to contact their facebook page. After they blocked me from there I had to really start hassling for some answers. They're claiming my natural hair has fallen out and somehow the implanted hairs have grown at the exact same time, which is their excuse for not giving me a refund. They have completely removed themselves from any responsibility and refuse to acknowledge their poor hair transplant and even worse post OP care.

All I can really do is warn others considering getting a hair transplant about Estplast and Dr. Demirciler and how poorly their clinic is run. Once you have paid them they provide the bare minimum treatment at first then lose interest.

Over all I regret getting a hair transplant with Dr. Demirciler's clinic in Istanbul. I have only spoken to Dr. Demirciler once throughout this entire process. The post treatment care and communication is very poor. Any concerns I brought up were completely ignored. On the rare occasion they did address it it would take days for them to get back to me and it was often a half hearted response.

I would completely avoid Esplast clinic in Istanbul for your hair transplant.

It's at this point I should start seeing some real changes, but I haven't. Communication between Estplast and myself has also been very poor. I raised some concerns about my donor area to which they completely ignored. No reply, explanation, nothing. I have also started using rogaine and other support treatments, so hopefully that will help my results a little more. But at this point in time my hair doesn't look very different.
